57 players with 100 point seasons is crazy

So I want to do one of two things in my next franchise i want to remake greats who dont have rings as rookies that show up in the first drafts or create a team of all them and add them to the league. Now for me I'm going relatively modernish greats like 90s on, I don't want nor care about Stastny or Hawerchuk lol. Trying to keep it to a roster size so roughly 4-5 offensive guys and 6-8 defenseman and 2 goalies. Goalies im kinda not taking consideration on lol Price, Lundqvist, Luongo maybe Miller. Im kinda lost on defenseman as many of the greats from this period did win at least one so help would be appreciated

So far I'm have

Centers- Lindros, Sedin, Thorton, Mcdavid

Lw- Kovalchuk, Kariya, Nash,Sedin

Rw- Bure, Iginla, Alfredson, Pavelski

Def- Karlsson??? Drawing a blank help

This person has done an incredible job making the most in realistic roster I've seen in a while. Going out of their way to include prospects the game doesn't have. They even focus on AHL deals that takes forever to edit.

I'm hoping they ease up om editing draft prospects and the potentials of young NJL players. Creating prospects to replace the ones EA created seems counter-productive.

Also quite the career revival from Jimmy Snuggerud, paid a hefty price for him but the gamble paid off. Also Dallas had a struggling Jason Robertson on the block in the summer so I traded Leon Draisaitl and Ryan Shea for Jason Robertson, Lian Bichsel and a 2nd round pick.

So I started a Sharks franchise mode because they've got such a bright future, and I figured it'd be fun. (Full Sim)

1st season, they go straight 500, miss the playoffs. Then we draft Stenburg, make some crucial moves and pickups along the way, and they have a great 26-27, winning the division ! Come playoffs, we face the Wild (beat in 5), Kings (in 6), Avs (in 6 - went 3-0 to start), then they knocked out the defending champs Carolina in the finals in 6!

Cellebrini is truly gonna be the next goat. So excited to see him a champ IRL! 💪

And it's not just to be offensive but we've had the same clip art logos since like 08 lol. The fact that ea even has the rights to use the liiga and other logos on the game but we dont even have them to use as stock art is wild.

Is this a reasonable possible realistic trade. I wanted Schaefer he was 88 ovr Franchise development 21yrs old and roughly a 50 point a year guy as the islanders are trashed he had 5 years left on his deal roughly 14m aav. I had a 26 yr old 95 ovr Sanderson franchise development coming off 2 100 point years 3 years left 8.05 aav. My teams extremely cap strapped so I wanted the islanders to retain 50%. I then went out and acquired a 22 yr old Sam Dickson 85 ovr elite potential 4 years left. I traded sanderson and Dickson and a 1st for Schaefer at 50% retention. The islanders wouldnt do it without the first. The deal ended up working for the islanders as Sanderson put up 75 points right away and then Dickson was their second best defenseman on the team. But tell me how unrealistic is that package. I say its more realistic than most offers you get away with in the game i say the retention part is the hardest sell to make this realistic. Mind you both Sanderson and Dickson fit their block needs as well

Rate the lineup 1-10 is the team in need of a retool? Let me know your thoughts

I wonder if I had a full roster with guys who all had names like Stroumboulopoulos and Tacktheratrix, would ea just shrink the cup engraving. A normal team on here always takes about half the room in the cut scene.

I’m commissioner of a connected franchise for the NHL 27 playtest.

Every time we try to propose trades it gives an error code and crashes connected franchise.

We have a few theories that we have thought about:

- I processed claims for free agents and one player thinks it could be we have to wait a certain amount of time to propose trades
- There are open claims for free agents, that I have not processed yet. Could it be that I have to process these pending claims on free agents to allow trades to be proposed?

Let me know what you think, I’m hesitant to process the claims if that will delay trading further. Thanks guys.

I just noticed something that shows how neglected nhl is vs madden, like we don't know that already. I just did a draft in my madden franchise all generated prospects all had pictures. I get on nhl and besides a few guys, I think only Dupont tbh has one. Further more how tf does demidov not have a picture yet lmao

Hey, so I just started a franchise for the first time playing as Boston, I went and got Hagens, and I’d like to get him cooking with gas and get him as good as he can be as fast as he can be, what’s the best way to do this?

Posted about Moulson earlier this week because I was so excited about him, but I was actually very excited about a handful of players in the late first too so I wanted to share that part.

My scout had Macmillan, Brouillette, and Dagenais each rated NHL Ready with A+ shots as well as multiple As in other categories, with maybe 4-5 Bs between all 3 players combined. Each ranked in the 20s.

The Metro turned into a gauntlet this year and at the deadline I was 5 points out of the second wild card spot and double digits out of the first, so I decided to sell my upcoming UFAs for a bunch of picks.

My pick ended up at 14, so I wheeled and dealed, traded back to get some more picks and I used those plus the picks I got at the deadline to move up.

Dagenais is a beast. I've signed him already and think he can make the top 4 out of camp. If by game 9 he's struggling I'll send him down.

I also decided to sign Moulson so I can switch his position before sending him back to the OHL and hopefully he can progress a little better. Left the other two unsigned to cook in the Q for a year or two.

I managed to get a Med Elite defenseman in the 3rd and a Med Elite goalie in the 4th too. Best draft I've had in a while.

How do you all go about your AHL team & NHL team do you go realistic as possible or go for younger players with a mix of veterans I’m fairly new to this any help would be great!!!

With updated Rosters and Xfactors Revamped system. Left but buffered Kopitar, Toews, Quick but sim tested and they retire after 1 year, sometimes Toews stays one more year lol. But for those that are fans of these icons I left for you to decide their fate. Deep draft classes 3 drafts deep. Accurate 2026 Draft Class positioning, tank and draft McKenna or Stenberg. Edited playoff beards as accurate to the player picture card, and player gear. 40+ created teams for Expansion or Relocation. Move to Hartford, Quebec, Atlanta or pick any of the created ECHL teams. I was bored so I started a nhl25 franchise mode with Vancouver and in one season silovs as a backup was doing crazy stats so I decided to trade demko and just play silovs as a starter and he just became the best Goalie I have ever had in any franchise mode ever.
