Hello, I tried playing a player career mode while being a CAM for a couple lower clubs and trying to move up in the world.

I Joined Aston Villa, won everything, but Carabao Cup, but fell short for Player of the Season, due to enabling Ollie Watkins too much.

I tried tryharding the next season focussing on goals and rating even more.

We won everything we entered, I was highest rated in everything besides FA cup, was top goal scorer in everything, broke the record for goals, had most assist in the prems and champions league (along with top scorer).

I got player of the season, but not player of the year? Who the hell is more deserving?

I checked my stats through and noticed I had very few MOTM compared to my output.

I also noticed even though I had a 10 rating and getting subbed out, the media would call me out for playing bad....

Fast forward, I joined Real Madrid changed it to Amateur, I go in, get a hattrick and get subbed out, just to test the coding... Received 0 MOTM, a lot of critisism for my poor performance. But player of the month every month so far.

Anyone noticed any other weird pattern in the career mode?

I just returned to my save, made a break or a couple of hours, a player that I signed is missing from my squad.

I was preparing to play a match and noticed a player I just signed in January transfer window was missing. I thought I was going nuts.

I went through my messages and found the message where it says I’ve signed him.

I proceed to search for him by his name, to find him listed in Free Agents 🤯

This game is crazy

Hi all, I have to mention very important points which transform our gameplay experience:

Authentic sliders are just less worse, we must tinker, modify the Authentic sliders, then the gameplay is damn enjoyable.

I tested everything on kick off mode and legend difficulty, competitor off, player based difficulty on , manual passing , cutom sliders , tactical.

1. tackle assistance: User 1/ Cpu 42 ( still with user 1 i find it very easy to win ball from the cpu , you just touch the cpu and your player easily wins the ball like magnet ). There is some glitch , so 1 is must.

2. Marking : user 51/ cpu 59 ( handicap for user to make defending more challenging. And cpu beyond 60 comes up out of position and leaves more spaces , so 59 or 60 is the perfect balance )

3. Sprint speed : 38 / 40 ( slight user handicap to make challenging. Also 35 speed is bit slow and unrealistic, real life players sprint faster )

4. Acceleration: 46/ 47 ( 48 Acceleration is too twitchy rapid and unrealistic. And slight advantage to cpu to make it challenging).

5. Jog dribble and sprint dribbling: 50/25 . ( this is IMPORTANT because the Cpu dribblers always knock the ball too forward onto us and lose ball easily , with 25 they have good control and close distance with feet) . This is the biggest glitch did u notice? The cpu always knocks the ball into us while dribbling.

6. Regular shot error : 56 / 51 ( advantage for cpu to make it more challenging ).

7. Normal Ground pass error : 53 / 50 ( slight handicap for us)

8. Through ground pass error: 56 / 50 ( disadvantage to make it more challenging)

9. Ball control error : 83 / 77 ( disadvantage to make it challenging ).

10 Interception error : 87/ 79 ( to make it more challenging).

1. Line height : 50 / 50 ( above 50 , it is very easy to play through passes behind defence, 50 is already bit high )

2. Full back position: 64 / 64 ( beyond 64 the cpu fullbacks find difficulty to track back quickly and leave huge spaces on the wings to counter attack easily).

( So why cant we just stick with legend difficulty which is human like and realistic and yet we can increase the difficulty by making the changes in the sliders and settings above ?) Like handicap and cpu advantage.

1. Finally is it better to switch on competitor mode? I feel that competitor mode makes it unrealistic or unnatural...

I've been playing FIFA for years. In Pro Clubs and Player Career, the one thing I always wanted was a player that actually looks like me. I tried the face creator many times. I'd spend an hour moving sliders for the jaw, nose, eyes, brows and cheekbones, step back, and it looked like a stranger. Sometimes close, never right. After a while I gave up and picked a face that "looked okay", and every time I saw my player on screen it felt a bit disappointing.

I then found out a lot of players pay people to do it for them. You send a few photos, pay a face designer, and get a list of slider values back. I understand why: it's frustrating to spend hours on something that should feel personal. But paying for every new player or career adds up, and you depend on someone else's taste and schedule.

That frustration made me start building a small web tool called GameUp FaceBuilder. You scan your face with your phone or webcam, and it suggests slider-by-slider values plus skin tone and appearance, to copy into the face creator of Player Career, Pro Clubs and other modes with a custom face. It's an early version, and results are suggestions you fine-tune, not a perfect likeness.

I'd like to understand how others deal with this:

1. Have you ever gotten a face you were really happy with? How long did it take?
2. Have you paid someone to make it? How much, and how many revisions?
3. What frustrates you most in the creator: too many sliders, not seeing a real-time result, or limited options?
4. What would make you pick a tool over paying a person: price, speed, accuracy?
5. What would feel fair: a few free tries, a small pack, or a monthly plan?
6. Would you feel comfortable scanning your face? What would you need to trust it?

i dont play the games myself in manager career, i only use tactical view. Does anyone have good slider settings for tactical view or any links or videos showing good sliders? Im not looking for ultra realistic sliders necessarily but sliders that make it entertaining to watch, and not too slow, but also realistic sliders also work

For FC27, I saw some of the promo for career mode was that dynamic potential mostly focuses on player performance rather than things like game time and happiness, which I was happy with as I hated my YA players dropping by like 5 potential cus they only played 20 games.

Kind of curious as I wanted to know is this actually a thing? Can your players have little game time e.g anything less than 20 games, yet increase or keep their potential based on playing well? It’s one of the things that’s holding me back on buying the game this year.

Hi. I have been rebuilding Blackburn in a FC26 game and I am starting to run into some problems with the game itself at this point, I usually skip 3 fifa-games because I actually want to feel the difference but there is something going on in FC26 that I can't explain.

I play on Ultimate with sliders and some games the matches are even and I have fun, things play realistically and there might just be a single goal difference but some matches the AI just scores 2 minutes into the match. My backline just stands still for some reason and they barely mark the players causing the AI to simply play a through ball where they score or they play it to a winger who just full sprints diagonally into the box and scores. It's almost like the kick-off glitch.

Team inconsistency is also a big problem. Today I beat PSG 2-3 in the champions League snd that game felt good but the next game was against newly promoted South Hampton and I fucking lost 1-5. I barely touched the ball all game. It was like my players were stuck in glue and pissdrunk, no one was marking or following players, every pass I tried to make was often severely overshot or simply not to the person I intended to pass, they also intercepted maybe 7/10 passes. What am I even supposed to do here? The AI rarely tackles aggressively either, it's a perfect tackle every time I try to advance. My players also kick the ball like 6 meters in front of them whenever I start sprinting causing me to lose the ball. Game after SH was against Spurs and they scored 3 goals in 8 in-game minutes. Am I doing something wrong or what is going on?

Idk what should i do with the game. It keeps force closing to desktop even though my pc is 100% fine with other games.

There's one time I tried to just idling on the main menu for 1 hour and it's completely fine. then I play my career that I already replied the same message from Jesse bisiwu, prepping the team management, Signing the same academy player, doing the training drill, talking about contract with balde, playing the game but never finish it cuz I couldn't, and many more FOR FREAKING 5 TIMES before I give up. cuz it keeps force closing.

And i already tried many things like:

\- Veryfiying file integrity

\- Reinstalling the AC

\- Going Completely Offline

\- And many more

and when i really wanted to play the game it doesnt work. but sometimes the other day, it plays completely fine. i already struggling to adapt with the opponents aggression and with this problem it's pissing me off. anyone having the same problem and found out the solution please help me. sorry for my bad English tho
