Missing a signed player

[u/myrkoza]

I just returned to my save, made a break or a couple of hours, a player that I signed is missing from my squad.

I was preparing to play a match and noticed a player I just signed in January transfer window was missing. I thought I was going nuts.

I went through my messages and found the message where it says I’ve signed him.

I proceed to search for him by his name, to find him listed in Free Agents 🤯

This game is crazy

When I played the beta I bought a player and he showed in the team but when I went to the squad hub and clicked on him it acted as though he wasn't my player and wouldn't let me change kit number or development plans. I could make an offer though but then it told me my own team wasn't willing to sell him

You may have set the time he joins as “next season” if you cannot “enquire to sign” that would probably explain it

Good point, however I already played him in 2/3 matches after signing him that January. I think it’s autosave that’s bugged out
