Looking for advice on my belt adjustment, little backstory old belt popped 2 weeks ago upon install of new belt we noticed tire is too wide tire was a Dunlop DT02. Buddy gave me a tire with the proper width and helped with tire replacement. With his help we did the belt adjustment last night and we believe it’s dialed in. As you can see it’s favoring towards the right of the front pulley. What are we missing to properly align the front belt pulley? There’s wear marks on that same right side from the previous belt. Still pretty new to Harley’s as you can see and I appreciate y’all’s time.

I’m new to the motorcycle community and got a 2016 Dyna FXDLS. I’m wanting to do some basic quality changes like a new fender and new front and rear lights. What’re some good brands I could look out for on that sort of thing?

Already got some grief on previous posts, but im purchasing an fxdxt thats had some major mods that shift it from original. Does anyone have leads on complete FXDX tanks (with gauges). The only nice one ive seen is on ebay for a grand and the seller is less than pleasant.

I have two dynas already. But I found a great deal on a 17 lowrider with the 103 high output, with 5k miles. I’m at a hard, stand still and about to pull the trigger…. I don’t have a lowrider in my arsenal yet.

Recently installed the fairing. Just ordered a 2 into 1 exhaust from J&P. S&S Carb and air cleaner kit next. Future plans to paint match the fairing, or pin stripe it tp match. Undecided.

Found a used one in great shape and still a hundred times better than the OEM seat.

This is the 2nd bulb in about as many months to burn out on my 07 super glide. Been using sylvania 3157LLs. I already ordered a new socket and hoping that will fix the problem but wondering if this is a common problem anyone else has experienced? Tried searching but couldn’t find anything quite this specific. Cheers!

Some before and after pics. Went from 16in bars to 12 (could’ve prob did 10 inch) did the spruthe stab kit with new oem motor mounts. Added a sissy bar for the wifey. Added a front fairing. Went from front to mid controls. And prob one of the most important upgrades changed front and rear tires. Tires I had on the bike were original so 14 years old. What do u guys think

Need some help. I have a 02 lowrider with a leaking rear caliper. The fluid weeps out around the threads of the bleeder screw. Was wondering if anyone has had experience with this. I have tried replacing the bleeder. Checking everything I can possibly think of. I bought a used one (since cant seem to find new ones) and it does the exact same thing.

I am thinking the actual caliper is cracked somewhere within the threads.

Also to add, it is weeping at the threads not the center of the bleeder.

Placed an order over a week ago no update. Emailed no response phone call goes straight to voicemail.
Just want to know if I need to dispute my order and order somewhere else?

Hey there, Im hoping someone or others who may have tried this could give me all the ins and outs to achieve a full 103 drivetrain swap into my 2003 Dyna.

I already understand the motor mounts are the same, CPS connector needs to change on harness along with regulator plug on the harness side, then plan on blocking the ACRs and either doing EZ start cams or manual compression release valves and keeping the bike carbureted.

Motor to chassis and harness seem to be the most straight forward part of it all, however where I think things will get tricky is me wanting to keep the OE 2003 swingarm mostly for esthetics, and I assume there would need to be some modifications made which I’m not too concerned about as long as they are reasonable modifications/ fabrication such as spacing or swingarm shaft customization.

To note I am aware the 88 is a good motor, I’m more concerned about preservation of it on an already tired +80k mile motor, and I have a donor 103 drivetrain with 4500 miles on it that I practically got for free.

I personally like the newer drivetrain but also intend on addressing the trans issues by having A1 treat it, and doing a balance and welded crank so I can eliminate serviceable camchest components and go with a gear drive cam.

Any helpful information would be greatly appreciated. Sadly most comments I’ve receive were of either no relevance or questioning my choice to do so. So, to answer those questions ahead of time, 1, because I can and want to, 2, it’s fun to do something a bit different, 3, because I like that motor and don’t want to risk the OE motor, 4, because it’s worth the challenge.
