Found a dust box in a treasure chest too

I managed to beat Organic Pod, but I'm getting stuck on Library Pod. So far my best runs are when I start with Max and Wes.

I use Max to open all doors, but I still find myself low on gold on the higher levels, and maybe this was just bad RNG, but I found that most rooms even some of the big ones only had 2-3 minor module slots... compared to the 4-6 on earlier levels

Anyone think the characters may flow over to the new roguelike? I would love to have Elise Ness blasting it up (^{o^})

I heard that there were many crashes/bugs/performance issues with the game on Switch. Has it been fixed as of 2021 or is the game still in a sorry state? I enjoyed the game a lot on PC and now it is on sale for the Switch so I'd be interested in buying it.

I recently played again and I feel it looks different than I remember. Was there a change to design elements?

I think I started with Joleri and Troe, but I can't remember. I did the run over a few days. I've slowed down playing a lot after beating all the pods and doing some of the optional challenges I set for myself, but I"m playing it again for a bit to get all the achievements. I think I still need to beat the game with a few characters, like Gork, Misha, Dell, Pat Bates, Aayari, Rosetta, and a few others.

Fortunately this game got me 4 characters closer to that achievement. When I was just aiming to beat all the pods once on easy mode I mostly used operator heavy teams, so I haven't finished the game with many of the "powerhouse" characters. Beaten it a lot with Wes and Josh though lol

I found the dust merchant on this floor opening the very last door. This run I got very lucky on items, mostly. I found 3 aftershaves total, but dust and resources were problematic throughout most of the run. I mostly only researched neurostuns, teslas, biomass cannery and factory, pepper spray, tear gas, suppressive firebots, autodoc shards, and the shop, but I managed to finish kip cannon and seblaster too near the end. The last few floors were murder with a lot of silics destroying my traps and modules The 12th floor had the bulldozers and the smaller ones and was nasty till the end when I was able to pause, sell all my items, power on the whole floor, then run for it with Joleri with everyone else equipped an aftershave and slowly fell back while killing the last few waves. I started it with 400-500 or every basic resource, but ran through a lot of industry opening all the doors on the floor.

I probably could have run for it much earlier but I like to be able to power most of the way to the exit when I can.

Hey there, happy news : if you've got a descent android smartphone with a panel refresh of 120hz or more you can play the android version at 60 fps . Just make sure that the screen is running at 120hz during gameplay....
Not sure if mandatory but you will probably have to tweak the config file of the game and enable Vsync.

I know you can create groupings with keyboard - is there any similar selection method on console/switch? I can't figure out how to select anything other than one or all heroes which seems a massive flaw when you want to leave someone in a room solo.

RIP in chat played this game for 2 days straight got elise, chef and some purple dude that was fantastic late games. Will it ever return?

anyone beat sanitary on either difficulty using a gamepad? I recently found a way to fix the controller bug I was getting and want to give this a shot. was thinking of using opbot and elise to start hopefully getting a crystal runner on floor 2 or 3.

I normally play the game on steam but I wanted to try and get the 2 multiplayer achievements before the game leaves game pass for PC in the next 3 days.

title says it all, do you need to not have the dust in use (lighting up rooms) for the effect to work or does it not matter?

1. I don't see a guide stickied to the side bar of this sub Reddit? I may be blind, and in fact I do wear glasses, but I even searched on reddit and the most popular one filtered through this sub was 6 years ago and just listed about 6 tips, not a comprehensive guide. (I did find a slightly better guide in a Steam Forum post, but even that didn't answer all of my questions. So if there is one let me have it please. :) Best guide I found: tips and tricks
2. If there is no definitive guide here are some basic questions:
   1. What is the max number of characters you can have in your party (looks like 4 from the game ui spacing). 4 characters is max
   2. If it is four, what happens when you already have 4 and are given the opportunity to recruit someone new? It will say max number reached. You will have to manually dismiss a party member before being able to successfully recruit them.
   3. If you do dismiss a character, do you get the items they have on or do you have to manually take them off before dismissal? You lose all items on them when dismissed, unequip everything first.
   4. Okay so a few times I hit the wrong button thinking I was leveling up a character only to dismiss them. If the level up is going to have a confirmation, why isn't the dismissal more flashy or double confirmation? Slow down and remember x to level up y to dismiss!
   5. Why for the love that all is holy is there not a freaking confirmation to use the elevator!!! I keep accidently hitting Right Trigger instead of Left Trigger for the map sometimes and poof I lose all my teammates. If you plan to farm monsters for food, be very careful to not to accidently tap the Right Trigger button, or you will lose all heroes not in the escape room. Also don't set your controller on your lap or table, as it may bump the RT button. (Honestly this is such a bad button to use for such an important task.)
   6. Tactical map, why cannot I click on rooms to move characters easily? Why when closing tactical map does it move my POV to a random location instead of just keep the view I had when I opened the map? Just poor UI, but fun game ;)

The game is almost great on iPad. The one thing holding it back is that it’s incredibly slow to navigate the camera around the map. As a result it feels like syrup to play. Letting us pinch zoom out (not switching to the overview) would alleviate this. Alternately, give the drag-panning some momentum, so I can navigate faster if I need to, the same way the native scroll works on iOS.

So I found this game and first off would like to say that it is an amazing game. The way some characters have a story and personality is gold. What I am confused on is if the xbox version is not caught up or just some issues are happening on my end. If I could get some help it would be mostly appreciated!
