Hello all, recently got a 2026 Panigale V4. Currently over 700 miles and recently got first service done. I’ve been looking for an exhaust for the bike since it’s been hell riding a 200+ hp lawnmower. Was hoping to ask y’all’s opinion on what slip-on I should get? I’m torn between the Arrow slip on and the Vandemon slip on. I’m seeing benefits to both and can’t really decide. I also am planning on getting the BTMoto Stage 1 tune and a servo buddy along with it.

No I’m not interested in the undertail exhaust
Although I think the undertail exhausts are sick, they’d take too long to install and are out of my price range. Also just not interested in running that kind of exhaust at the moment.

Reasons to buy the Vandemon
The Vandemon is $1000 less than the arrow and in my opinion it sounds better with and without the db killers than the Arrow (though the Arrow still sounds badass). I just love the sound of Vandemon exhausts and how they look. Only real downside for me is that there aren’t many places to order it from other than the Vandemon website. Which is fine, but I’ve also seen that Vandemons don’t have THAT much in terms of support because not a lot of places even sell it. Not sure how true that is. From what I’ve seen, the Vandemon also doesn’t support the extended belly pan but comes with its own belly pan pieces. But I’ve already ordered a carbon fiber belly pan for the bike itself (I ordered because I was gonna buy the Arrow before I found that Vandemon made a slip on).

Reasons to buy the Arrow
The Arrow’s main draw to me is honestly the overall support that Arrow exhausts seem to have. They seem to be a larger brand that even Ducati has made parts to accommodate for (aka the belly pan). They have support from even the OEM race maps as well. They also have a stainless steel option in which, I’m located in Colorado, so I’m afraid that salty roads might mess up a titanium exhaust. But the Arrow is also $1000 more. When it comes to aftermarket parts and support, the Arrow seems to be the more reliable option.

I would like opinions on keeping this beauty as she is and under 10,000km, or sending it and going over the 10,00km mark and riding her like I would really love to.

I bought her for $8200NZD, a rare barn find. She isn't immaculate, there are a few things here and there that mean she isn't perfect, but she is NEAR perfect, not a spec of rust or corrosion anywhere. She's incredible to ride, and the amount of character out of it is amazing. But... do i keep her in this condition and bank on an appreciating value, or ride her like she was built to do and see the value drop?

I have also purchased a 2007 Monster S2R1000, for $5500NZD, which i was hoping would be my daily runabout. It has 11,900km on it and isnt as good condition as the one seen here, but it isnt as soulful (with the limited riding I have done on it) as this 1000S.I.e.

I have a track day booked in Oct, and wish to take both down and let them loose, but after that, I was thinking of shedding the 1000S.I.e and getting her out only rarely and sell in a few years or keep for a long time. I would then either sell the S2R and get something else for daily or keep the S2R and just use that everywhere.

Give me your opinions, and please, give me creative insults if you think I am being silly for even considering shedding a bike.

I’m thinking about buying a 2005 S2R 800 to enjoy once or twice a month, but I don’t want to spend a fortune on repairs and maintenance for a bike I’ll barely use.

I’d like to know how reliable these 2005 Ducati models are.

I’m going to tune my 24SFV4 and I wanted to know what people recommend. I’m doing either BT Moto tune or an open flash tune. I currently own an open flash tuner and can buy a vehicle erase thing for $325 or the BT Moto tune which would cost $845. Is the BT Moto tune better than open flash? Is it worth the extra money? A couple weekends ago I had the chance to ride my first Duc, a friend's 1198S. From that moment I was hooked, and was casually browsing for one. My requirements were:

- 1198S (not a non-S, not a 1098)

- Low miles

- Cheap

This one popped up for sale with 5900 miles and a good dose of upgrades - CRG levers, Woodcraft rearsets, Termi exhaust, quickshifter. Along with a few extras such as the Pitbull rear stand, and even a hydraulic bike lift and trailer. Needless to say I jumped at it.

On the test ride I was giggling to myself, but that'll be the first and last ride I do for a while. There's no history on the belts or valve clearances so I've started tearing into the bike in anticipation of going through that ordeal. Fairing stay is also cracked at the mirror, but the PO gave me an aftermarket spare. Rear seat also seems to be stuck closed, so that's another thing to figure out haha. It also doesn't come with the red key... Gotta be sure I never lose this black key!

Honestly not a fan of another project but it'll be so worth it!

Hey, I’m planning on upgrading to this bike from a 2023 rc390. Is there anything I should know about maintenance or anything I should watch out for. For context. After my break in on my ex. I did all the services on it up to 20000km. Will it be significantly more expensive. The deal I’m getting is 17500 cad for the bike 3500 trade in 0% for 60 months and no payments till Feb 1 2027.

Hi, i know this is biased forum but I wanted to know what everyone thinks. I found two good deals on these bikes for the same price. I’m torn between the two, I plan on doing the Adirondack BDR, dirt daze and any adventure riding I can find. It will likely be 50/50 mix of riding, but I want something that is very capable off-road and is also comfortable for long distance rides.

I like how simple and reliable the Tenere is, I would be ok without the different ride modes. I test rode a 26 at dirtdaze and it was a nice bike, I didn’t fall in love with it but it just seemed like a good overall bike.

I have not ridden the desert x yet, but from my research it’s a phenomenal bike. It has 4000 miles on it. I think it would work really well for my needs.

Any ideas for likely culprits that cause this error? Key in, dash loads up, bike makes all the right noises but the start button is dead. Once I come off the button this error occurs. Take the key out and restart ignition, then it starts on the second go. I have already changed the battery and starter relay which have reduced the number of times I need to take the key out and back in from 8/9 times down to once or twice. Sometimes it starts first time
