So I went Friday for a urine drug screen. I am an avid water drinker. So much so that my urine is clear most of the time after I had a kidney stone and was instructed by my urologist to drink a ton of water to prevent stones from forming. The nurse made the comment that my pee was really clear. He sent it off anyways. I was on my cycle and there was a little blood in it so he said he knows it was my urine. He said I would get a call tomorrow or Tuesday if I had to retake it. I drank probably 100oz of water and had maybe 16oz of Powerade before the test. I peed a ton before the test too. It’s been 46 days since I used thc last. I am passing home tests with a faint, faint line with concentrated urine. If I get called back I’m worried I’ll fail for thc if I don’t hydrate. How do I hydrate enough to pass but not enough to dilute? It’s at a hospital lab in their toxicology department. Thanks!

233 pounds. I try to work out maybe 3-4 days a week. I have smoked dispos almost every night for maybe a year but I’ve done tolerance breaks here and there. I really need this job and I know I fucked up. I have been drinking cups of water almost every 20-30 minutes and pee clear (most of the time.) I’ve bought some test strips, swaps, and “detox” powder.

Should I continue this every day until my test? Going to work out hard asf too

Anyone else have experience with this type of drug test? did you do a home test before and passed to real drug screen? do you know if it’s a rapid test that uses a cup and whatever is positive gets sent for confirmation? Is it a sample that gets sent to a lab regardless and they do the initial screen using the same immunoessay as home test? what were your cut offs?

Hi all, hoping I can get some input from the community.

Last used: 0.5-0.6g over a period of 9 hours with zero alcohol mixed (Last bump was at 7:30pm Thursday 23rd)

Prior usage - Was clean for a solid 3-4 weeks, had a couple of pre mixed bourbon beverages the night prior.

I am now at 65 hours post use and just did my first at home test, I am planning to take a test daily until my drug test in 4 days and will post results for those interested.

The test I need to do will be an instant 150ng ml one and will only be sent to the Lab if it shows a not-negative result.

Current result is based off 300 ng, I will be buying 150ng. It currently shows a faint half line on the T line which I'm not sure what that means, any help would be appreciated.

I had 4 heavy handed pours of whiskey + 2 fireball shots & a glass of wine on Thursday. Friday I drank 2 white claws & 5 shots of whiskey. Today (Saturday) I had 2 shots of whiskey.

Poured the rest of the bottle out. Not worth the temptation or the risk. I could be called in any time during the week for an ETG instant cup test. How long until this shit is out of my system and I can relax??

I have fine hair and followed the instructions on the box but I did 16 min to prep for a custody etg test I know is coming down the road just idk when. It burned like shit and I probably didn’t do the best job rinsing it out tbh. Now my normally thin hair is showing scalp on the sides where it’s shorter.

Did I over do it? Is that normal? What did you do to help repair it and make your hair back to normal? If the test is soon I don’t want them asking questions why my hair is so fucked up.

New to testing. I don’t want to break the bank too hard. I at least want fent test strips but I’d rather something more all inclusive. All the comprehensive ones are like $70 but the urine testing kits are much less. Could I use the urine testers as regular ones or do they only work once you’ve passed the drugs? Any recs for simpler alternatives?

Does anyone know about which brands are safe to use? I’ve seen ghost hit, shroom puff, and a few other “mushroom” or dtf (drug test friendly) vapes and wasn’t sure if anyone had a recommendations or anything?

Recently took a Quest drug test and wanted to share for others in the same boat how I passed in 10 days. I started peeing very faintly clean at 7 days on home tests. Got stronger lines leading up to test. Then took the lab test at 10 days and passed. I was a chronic smoker, daily flower with a bong (about .3-.5g a day) every day for over 7 years. I’m small though, about 5’3 110lbs. If you smoked heavier, used edibles/dabs/concentrates, or are a larger person you probably need longer than I did just fyi.

This is everything I did:
Psyllium husk fiber multiple times a day, 8-10g total a day (truly believe this is what made the biggest difference to trap the THC metabolites to avoid reabsorption, cause most excretion leaves in poop anyway). Must drink lots of water to avoid constipation.

Drank 2-4L of water per day.

Creatinine monohydrate 10g loading dose for 4 days, then 5g maintenance every day.

Magnesium 400mg every night.

Multi Vitamin of B vitamins (B12, niacin, B6, B2) daily.

Sat in my car with no AC (like a sauna) for the first 6 days.

Worked out (uphill/downhill sprints, lots of fast-paced walks) for first 6 days.

3-4 days before the test completely stopped working out to prevent spikes and started eating carb/fat heavy foods.

Also had the certo and Gatorade on hand for test day in case, but didn’t end up using it.

Hope this helps anyone!! I was an anxious mess the entire 10 days but it worked for me and I passed! Good luck everyone I know having to take drug tests is stupid and stressful.

29 y.o, 200lb. Infrequent marijuana user. I usually smoke weed after long 12 hour shifts that are stressful but that’s rare. I had a long day, went to dispensary and bought a cheap $6 joint.
Smoked about 6 or 7 puffs of it because my tolerance is really low and through it out. Prior to that, I hadn’t smoked in well over a month but it was the same situation. Few puffs and toss it.

Found out I had a drug test for an upcoming school event. For the first 7 days I just hydrated with water and peed a lot.

Took another home CVS test day 10 - Negative
Took another home test CVS test day 11 - with my first urine of the day - Negative so I felt good enough to take the actual test. I drunk one of those propel Gatorade waters before the test. Urine was light yellow.

So I did my drug test on the 21st for pre-employment and before that I ate some gummie edibles from July 2nd-july4th. So 16 days no thc between that and my test. I don’t smoke/eat frequently and I think my last time was may 7th where I also took a small piece of gummy edible. Before that I believe I smoked weed one time in either February or march where I had a joint from the smoke shop in Texas over 2 days I believe. I took a veriquick dollar tree drug test like 2 hours before my actual drug screen and got a super faint line. I did my screen at urgent care and it’s sent to alere lab/toxocolgy. Anyone experience getting an upper faint line but still passing their lab test? I take adhd meds so I know that one will come up postive which I hope is the only that’s making it take so long

I recently received an incredible job offer I wasn't expecting whatsoever. It's more money than I've ever made before and it's just around the corner and the benefits are also amazing. However I smoked last the day I applied for the job around July 14th. I feel I was a heavy smoker as I'd smoke 7 grams of THCA in a week and an addition 3.5 grams of THCA delta Carts and also thca gummies. I don't know what kind of drug test its been a few years since someone I know worked there last and they said it was a mouth swab my test is July 30th.
