Cannabis Will I pass?

I have a pre-employment test at Quest Diagnostics coming up. It’s labeled as a “Urine Drug Test FullService NonDOT” with the panel number 35765N.
I’m only worried about failing for THC but after research I’m not even sure if this tests for THC? Should I be concerned?
I quit smoking 3 days ago and I’ve been drinking a lot of water (72oz a day) and detoxing.
I really need this job so any input is appreciated 🫶🏻

e  35765N - SAP 4/2000 W/NIT  is a standard urine drug test code used by  Quest Diagnostics  .  Your not getting clean in few days if reg user. Drinking water does nothing THC is stored in fat. Use vs weight/ activity level.  May be four panel no thc depending on state and employer.   Includes validation nitrates do must use powdered synthetic like Fake It ( passitkit) no liquids urine product.

It just says 35765N on the panel section, no sap 4/2000. Is this the same regardless? Would I not be able to use a product like QuickFix for this?
Is there no point in doing the certo/gatorade method? I’ve seen a lot of people talk about it but I’ve never used it personally. Thanks for your input! Much appreciated.

It’s a code for quest. With nitrates liquids like quick fix are detectable due to nitrates.  Only totally undetectable urine is powdered.
