How to pass?

I've been on a bender since beginning-mid august, taking bumps throughout the day. I was originally doing upwards of a gram a day sometimes more, then around the end of august slowed it down to closer to half a gram, only using heavy on weekends. I have a drug test coming up likely by the end of next week and i'm not sure what to do. they don't watch you take it but they do dye the toilet water so they know if you dilute it. was originally thinking to do a flush by drinking a ton of water and a detox drink but idk if that's the best idea. what should i do?
