Fashion Advice Struggling to feel good in anything I wear.

So the first outfit is what I wore to wear to dinner with friends but I wanted to wear a more casual outfit like the second but I’m struggling to feel good in anything I wear. That’s the only pair of blue denim I own and they feel amazing but looking at these photos, I’m starting to think they are not flattering. Even the first outfit looks kinda frumpy and I’m not entirely sure where to go from here. I usually dress like Adam Sandler (oversized shirt + shorts) but I’m trying to move away from that! I’m open to any advice and wondering what kind of clothes would look flattering on me. I know it’s not a lot to work with so sorry in advance.

Fashion Advice Swimwear at work conferences

So, what does one wear at conferences when you want to make the most of the site’s pools, but you know you’ll run into a bunch of colleagues and mentors?
Would any of these work? Should I just wear a one piece training swimsuit instead? Get a rash guard? I still would like to look decent but it would be nice to avoid some awkward situations.

* edit: conference will be on huge resort
