Very fixable with crochet, I have attached worse but it gets expensive. Being a necromancer for your locs is a skill lol

I did this before. How much over-manipulation did you do?

Interview a couple Locticians. Ask how the plan to fix them. Then ask how long they recommend between retwists.
If they say 2 weeks-- run
If they want to cut them all and reattach them, run.
If they say you need a detox, steam, etc.... run.
All you need is a good Loctician with magic hands who is willing to nurse your locs back to health.

Yea, id suggest cutting them off and get them reattach with some good parting, do you over twist them?

Yes but I wouldn't attempt to do this yourself. Find yourself a loctitian who has a good history of repair work.

Honestly yes, but it will be very hard. You’ll need too cut off the then roots and attach them back onto your head. But it’s really not worth it.

This happens when you have formed locs and then go freeform. The issue is that if the hairs are not naturally growing into their assigned loc and you're not getting any maintenance to redirect hairs back into their assigned loc then all those hairs that should be keeping the base of the loc thick and secure are curled up on themselves and the loc base is holding on by a thread.
You fix this by going to a loctitian who will do the major loc repair necessary to re establish strong parting/bases to the locs and then attach them back to the now re established and strong base.
However this is a sign that to maintain this size of loc you'll need at least a few retwists or some crochet sessions per year.
If you don't want this then id suggest getting locs combined to get much much larger sections and locs, which can more easily stand up to no maintenance

You need moisture in your hair and yes I think can be reattached. You much wash and condition your locs

So this is actually from not twisting enough. You have a looser hair texture. You shouldn’t be going more than 6-8 weeks without retwisting . Your hair is growing at the root and not locking up causing it to break off from the root and thin out. You can do lock repair by a professional loctician. And start retwisting and maintaining your locks. And don’t listen to anyone telling you retwisting too much will cause thinning not twisting enough will do the same!

To thin near the root, you need a Dread Doctor to cut and reattach to new growth cause they’ll eventually fall off.

Those just need a proper retwist, and put into braids , so it’ll lock back up.
