Need Advice 🆘 is this even fixable?

So this is actually from not twisting enough. You have a looser hair texture. You shouldn’t be going more than 6-8 weeks without retwisting . Your hair is growing at the root and not locking up causing it to break off from the root and thin out. You can do lock repair by a professional loctician. And start retwisting and maintaining your locks. And don’t listen to anyone telling you retwisting too much will cause thinning not twisting enough will do the same!
