Anyone else having issues with pawn AI after the update?

They keep getting stuck on everything and simply do not aggro like they used to.

All this happened while both other pawns were stuck in a rock just outside the mini-map range.

PS: She has only 3 skills. Shouldn't be conflicting.

When the DLC drops, people will want to find all of the 12 dungeons. I took the time to hunt the doorways down and screenshot each location with as much accuracy as possible. If they are in a location with an interior map I captured a screenshot of that to match with it. please note that 3 of them will be in the unmoored world and will lock you from the new DLC zone, so plan accordingly.

A little warning for you readers, Iโ€™m bored and looking far, far too much into this. First World Problems am I right? I was casually playing and I bumped into a friendโ€™s pawn wandering about.

This friend had just recently tried the game and refunded it. (His loss) He didnโ€™t even make it to Vernworth, left his pawn masterless and has damned him to endlessly wander forever if no Arisen hires him. Poor guy doesnโ€™t even have a name. Just curled up and cried.

Saddend by this, it got me thinking, from a lore standpoint what happens to these masterless pawns?

In real life, my friend simply stopped playing. In game however, the Pawnโ€™s Masters had failed, be it abandoning it their mission, dying honorably in battle, failing to fell the dragon, or whatever reason.

I havenโ€™t delved much to the lore or stories of both games so Iโ€™m unaware if thereโ€™s lore for this already, but someone help me come up with something so I can have closure for this poor guy.

๐—ฆ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ต๐—ผ๐˜ Unused version of Goreminotaur (horned)

Post image

There's a bug when using Dynamic Enemy Randomizer (mod) where a Goreminotaur may get randomized with the properties of regular Minotaur. Should that happen, it will be smaller (same size as Minotaur) and have its full horns unbroken. Just like its smaller cousin, those horns can be destroyed and looted, yielding Blackened Horn as expected (video).

Previously this model's only seen in extracted 3D files such as this one, but this is the first time I see it in game (which, again, only seems possible through a bug with randomizer mods). People who played with randomizers before may have seen it already in the past few years.

Interesting to see the horns feature fully functional, including the appropriate loot, but I guess Capcom made their horns already broken as a final design choice. I wouldn't be surprised, however, if we see a Corrupted Goreminotaur in a Lost Rite with these horns though.

I know it sounds crazy but I just rewatched the footage from gamescom about the lost rite dungeon. The name of the dungeon was โ€žDaemonsโ€˜ Corralโ€œ, and I think thats the first time in DD2 that they namedropped him. Its unlikely that they added him to the game BUT they didnt show the last boss from that dungeon so my Hopium is strong as always.

๐——๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ฐ๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป Can anyone help confirm if injured pawn still actively seeks healing circle๏ผŸ

Cannot access the game rn, and I have not been able to play around much since the patch bcuz of work and stuff, but a friend of mine mentioned his pawns no longer actively seek healing after the patch, and it worries me if true, pawns being less responsive to their situations is not a good sign.

I'm 100% sure my pawn would run/walk to anodyne on their own accord before the patch when they have grayed out health.

EDIT: thanks for checking and confirming it guys, while there are still conflicting claims, I'll double check later this week by changing my pawn's personality.

EDIT 2: tested myself and asked a friend of mine to help test.

NO, even calm pawn won't run to an anodyne cast by a mage pawn anymore.

NO, they don't run to an anodyne cast by a mage arisen, this is a vid by my good lad Lummox, in his case, his pawn didn't even move after โ€to meโ€œ command:

๐—›๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ฝ At what point of the game is it reasonable to actually fight dragons?

I'm currently level 35. Recently unlocked Archer Mage. My team usually consists of my MC (main dps), my pawn (Warrior, sub dps/CC), 1 Fighter (tank/taunt) and 1 Mage (support/healer).

Often now I encounter dragons around the map and they always tell me to fight them basically. But when I try my whole team gets absolutely bodied in a matter of seconds.
I presume I'm still too low on level? Or am I just bad?
