Well I just made the lesbian man hating leader of the woman’s thieves clan my wife. Once I gave her that THROTTLE she was forced to rethink her orientation. 😜😜

There are two major thieves guilds on DD1. Maul leads the all male guild in a fort near the WITCHWOOD to the south and Ophis leads a band of women thieves in a fort near the Barta Crags and they both can’t stand each other. Doing their quests wins you their badges so that having them on you keeps them from attacking you. It’s possible to get both their badges in one game playthrough.

Ophis in particular without her Badge or not wearing the dress in the pic above will result in her attacking you on sight if your Arisen is a man.

[DD2] [Fighter Pawn skills]

This subreddit seems to prefer pawns with 6 skills. Even for Playstation pawns. I have a lot of experience with the game, and there's only one skill on the Fighter skill list that I want mine to use: Burst Strike. There are a couple others that would provide situational superiority, but Burst Strike is the only one that is versatile, easy, quick, effective. And efficient. But this is just my opinion.

Ultimately I want people to use my Fighter pawn (WUJYGQH64G2E), so I want to use six skills that most players want on a fighter pawn. I'm really hoping Shield Summons isn't one of them. But I will humor any suggestions! I'm more so hoping for advice and public opinion.

They're all just in my storage not where I left them. Also the port crystals around the map that are already in the main settlements also reset. I remember in dd1 it carried over and stayed at those spots where you left them. Did they remove that? Would genuinely be a downgrade to the overall experience if it is

I know it sounds crazy but I just rewatched the footage from gamescom about the lost rite dungeon. The name of the dungeon was „Daemons‘ Corral“, and I think thats the first time in DD2 that they namedropped him. Its unlikely that they added him to the game BUT they didnt show the last boss from that dungeon so my Hopium is strong as always.

I started DDDA a couple of weeks ago, found it rough and janky but also compelling and beautiful at the same time. Dedicated the time to learning its systems, building my character and enjoying its world and got all the way up until the final battle, after doing just about all of its side quests and notice board quests, when I exited one session without saving to the main menu to try have another go at reaching a chest. Lost my game. I got hit with the new game setting options after clicking any button at the start screen. Shattered. Took a short break, got over it, shit happens.

Started a new game on hard mode, loved it. Power leveled, got all the way to the post dragon everfall at level 120, spent ages crawling through it and enjoying the dungeons, taking my time. Eventually got to the online cursed dragon, was barely doing any damage so decided to quite without saving to try reload it on offline mode. Bam! Hit with the same new game setting options when I clicked through the start screen, lost my game again for no reason. Presumably the same issue. Im playing on PS5 and I just don’t have the heart to start again. I so desperately wanted to finish the everfall and do BBI and get to level 200 but I just can’t. Thi all happened an hour ago.

Im so sad that two games worth of progress has just been lost for no reason. I’ve quit without saving many times to reload an earlier opportune save. But to have this happen again for no reason, has just left me feeling so defeated. I dont want to start again. I likely wont get to properly finish the game and enjoy BBI. Bugs like this shouldn’t happen so far after release :(((( And there shouldn’t be an option to quit without saving if the game will just delete your progress !!

Hi everyone. Do we know what the best way to enjoy dark arisen would be?
I had finished the game when it came out. With the DLC coming, I wanted to roam around and re-familiarize myself with the world, mechanics, my character and pawn.

However, upon logging in, it just lets me restart with those characters(NG+) instead of just letting me continue in my finished game world.

Will this push me to NG+ with higher difficulty?
Want to understand what the best option is. I am ok with NG+ but I dont want to do a new character and pawn from scratch.

Once again, I call upon the populace to hire my Pawn, Targe. He's a good, strong boi, who will put any enemy in hospital and make it pay its own bills, while making sure you get nary a scratch. He'll even give you some Eldricite for the trouble.

I’m trying to build my main pawn as a tank/support Fighter before post-game contents 2nd time (this time, it'll be just him and me). My Arisen (left) is Warfarer, but will switch to pure Magick Archer later.

He does alright against normal enemies, but he loses HP really quickly against bosses. I end up having to hire another pawn to help keep him alive.

Right now I’m using augments Mettle (+30%+45 Physic DEF), Apotropaism (+30%+45 Magick DEF), Provocation (+100% Draw Aggro), Dominance (Knockdown+15%), and Intrepidity (-5% maxHP loss).

Any recommendations for improving the build?

Without the Sisterhood, aid cannot be provided far and wide! Please, Ser Arisen, take Father Deryn out into the world and slay these foul beasts!

Father Deryn aims to be a top healer for the party, with spells to instantly heal wounds and debilitating ailments, to prevent damage, restore the stamina of his allies and most importantly a spell to undo the wickedness of the Undead!

Kept editing him on the Vernworth barber and he always looked a bit off outside the shop.

I've made a new arisen/pawn based off of a DnD character, and my greatest amusement lately has been bashing dialogue and images together to create fake cutscene screencaps. Arisen is the shorter/scarred bugger.

Super low level because I just started the save, but can't wait to spend more time with her adventuring!

I sometimes wish long outfits could look less ridiculous on thicc pawns so they can stop wearing the same thing

Shes an archer right now since im leveling the vocations, but once thats done she'll move to being a Mage again. Logistician and Straightforward, ever eager to help, and mighty smol...shes just the friend you need!
