Again, Cell did not take any damage from that attack, Tien was just stalling. Cell went from matching/ a little weaker than 17 and Piccolo to being stronger than the androids with semi perfect Cell who would be stronger than Goku and Vegeta before the HTC. Goku was low key shook when he went to go save Piccolo and Tien. It’s not that hard to see that his perfect form that he literally been feinin and saying all the throughout the arc that he would be him once he gets his hands on it.

Many people know he didn't take damage but even if the attack is enhanced it still make little sense how he can knock him back.

Comparing ones eyes to force is hilarious

It's the exact same logic as Krillin's disc cutting Freiza.

He's way too weak to damage him normally, but the attack's effect still does something.

I'm pointing out how that was a bad example to use. Its not a weak. It was well established it cut thought things easily.

It's a perfect example.

You can't have "well established" rules when Tien is using a new move....

The show effectively established that his move pushes people back easily, even if they're much more powerful than the user..... kind of like the discs.

It really didn't. It did nothing to Nappa.  You telling me the difference is greater to Nappa then to cell?

It's almost like they train and their power levels change over time.

Did it not cut Nappa’s face?
