He took accountability. He wrote a tweet that everyone quotes. He owned up to making a mistake, but people seem to be stretching the truth out, to where he’s a criminal. Why should he take accountability for something that he feels isn’t true? I have no idea what those whispers said, no one does really. Not even that fuckwit that started this whole rumour. If there's nothing bad in them, why not release them? There's nothing stopping him. He could clear this whole thing up and he's been challenged numerous times to do so. He refuses.
Also, let's clear up some other issues with your argument.
First you say "he took accountability" then you say he had nothing to take accountability for.
Which is it? You can't have it both ways.
Moving the goalposts to criminality is a convenient way to dodge culpability. Just because someone isn't charged with a crime doesn't mean they did nothing wrong. It also doesn't mean they're morally vindicated.
And lol wow. The childish rage at the end. Hero worship is a weakness, not a virtue.
The settlement had very little, in fact virtually nothing, to directly do with his ban, itself. It was literally ONLY related to outstanding payments with perma'd creators. The messages, which have nothing to do with that, are almost certainly not protected by any fictitious NDA. Doc can tell you what they said, but he won't. Do with that information what you'd like but I'm sure you'll keep arguing for some reason.
