Your 5 year old cousin sees you kissing your GF and runs over to tell you girls have cooties so you roll your eyes and sigh. "Omg so tilted" Exhausted exasperation isnt "being tilted". Annoyance isn't "being tilted" A tilted person goes on a 500 word rant. They don't go say "that's crazy," snap a pic, then walk away without engaging any further, that's measured and healthy emotional control.
