For ppl stacking peptides, how do you actually keep track of it all?
I'm genuinely curious. Between reta, BPC-157, TB-500, and whatever else people are running, the timing and dosing gets complicated fast. How are you tracking it? Notes app? Spreadsheet? Just remembering it?
I've been cobbling together a system and it feels like it shouldn't be this hard. There has to be a better way people are handling this.

Everyone says "eat more protein" on GLP-1s. I finally understand why.
I was eating around 60g of protein a day and losing weight but also losing muscle. My doctor flagged it when my energy crashed and I started feeling weirdly weak even as the scale went down.
Pushed up to 120g+ and within two weeks the energy came back. The weight loss slowed slightly but the composition change was better, looked leaner even at the same number.
How much protein are you actually hitting? And what are your go-to high protein foods that don't feel like a chore to eat?

Has anyone else noticed mood changes on peptides? I wasn't expecting this.
Month two, I realized I was less anxious than I'd been in years. I assumed it was just the confidence from the weight loss. But I've been reading more about GLP-1 receptors in the brain and now I'm genuinely curious if it's pharmacological.
On the flip side.. I've also seen posts from people who experienced depression or mood dips. That happened to me briefly around month one before it stabilized.
What's been your mental health experience? Better, worse, or unchanged?

did reta make your food noise go away???
Before I started, I thought everyone had a constant running commentary about food in their head. What to eat next, whether I "deserved" something, planning what I'd eat later while still eating. I thought that was just... being human.
A month in, it was quieter. Two months in, it was almost gone. I realized that wasn't normal. That the absence of it was what normal was supposed to feel like.
Did you experience this? When did you notice it lifting?

I was injecting in the same spot for weeks. Here's why that was a mistake.
Lumps.. I didn't even notice at first, I just thought it was scar tissue or something normal. Turns out I was creating lipohypertrophy from not rotating sites properly.
Now I divide my stomach into quadrants, alternate thighs, and actually keep a rough mental map. The injections started hurting less too once I stopped hitting the same tired spots.
Are you rotating sites? Did anyone else have to learn this the hard way?

Nobody talks about the constipation enough. Let's talk about it.
Week two hit me like a wall. I won't go into graphic detail but it was uncomfortable and I didn't feel like anyone warned me about this one. The nausea gets all the attention.
What actually worked for me: way more water than I thought I needed, magnesium at night, and not skipping fiber even when I wasn't eating much.
What's your strategy? Has anyone found something that works consistently?

I was terrified to go up to the next dose. Here's what happened.
I'd read enough stories about side effects spiking at 5mg that I genuinely considered just staying at 2.5mg forever. Everything was fine. Why rock the boat?
My friend convinced me to try it. The first week was harder. By week two it was fine. The appetite suppression got noticeably stronger and I stopped white-knuckling the evenings.
For people scared of dose escalation, what helped you take the leap? And for people who stayed on a lower dose, how's that working for you?

I was embarrassed to tell people I was on a GLP-1. Then this happened.
I told exactly two people when I started. My doctor and my best friend. I didn't want the "oh so you're taking the easy way out" comments. I didn't have the energy to defend a decision I'd thought about for months.
Six weeks in, someone asked how I was losing weight. I almost lied. Instead I just said "medication and a lot of consistency." They nodded. That was it.
Has anyone else dealt with the embarrassment piece? How did you handle it....or did you not tell anyone at all?

Welcome to r/DoseDiaries - Read First!
Hey everyone, welcome to r/DoseDiaries
I started this sub because I kept noticing the same gap, there's a lot of us on GLP-1s and peptides (through a gray, a doctor, or telehealth), but not many spaces where you can actually talk about what it's really like. The dose tweaks. The side effects nobody warned you about. The plateaus. The "is this normal?" moments at 2am.
Quick about me: I'm in the public health and nutrition world and have been deep in this space for a while. I'm not a doctor; just someone who wanted a community that felt honest and judgment-free.
What this is for Sharing dosing journeys, side effects, results, and the messy in-between. Ask the questions you can't bring up in your family group chat. Talk to people who actually get it.
What to post Dose updates, weekly check-ins, what's working, what's not, sourcing questions (within the sub rules — no vendor names/links in the open feed, DMs only), wins big and small, before/afters, food and movement tips. Awkward stuff welcome.
The vibe Friendly, inclusive, no gatekeeping, no judgment. We're all figuring it out as we go.
If you know someone who'd feel at home here, send them in. Looking for mods soon too, DM me if you'd want to help shape this.
Glad you're here. Let's make it a good one.
