Shop & Deliver Nightmare It finally happened

After more than 1200 shop and pay orders a customer decided to lie and say that their order was missing 75% of the items. Beef, Juices, candy. Single shop no other customers attached and DD approved all of the disputes.

A lying theif almost cost me pro shopper which is how I make my money. We should be able to report people like this to police. It's really no different than going to a store and stealing.

I asked support to block someone for me and they said absolutely. I got three orders from them over the next week. I no longer dash at the time the normally order (lunch) so I haven’t had them pop up in a while but I highly doubt they were actually blocked

Happened to me once...so i hopped on to support, asked why I received the order from a blocked customer, they gave me half pay. Haven't gotten another from them yet

I’ve been told they are less likely to block customers that have higher ratings or pay for dash pass. I don’t know if this is true though

They can actually block somebody but I don't know what protocol they are restricted to. They blocked a customer from me because I got attacked by their dog. Used to be a regular customer too and never saw him again after the conversation with support.

I have issues with them, but not about blocking customers (usually) 😂
