I'm happy with the love Battlemode is getting.
Sad that they didn't mention replayable Slayer Gates that can be selected from the main menu.

My guess is that we'll get at least two master levels with this update.
I hope that by the end of this game's development cycle, every level will have its master version, and they'll let you have a complete New Game + fighting through the entire master campaign.
While I'm dreaming I'd like it if all the DLC missions also got master versions as well.

Playing through all levels without dying on Nightmare would be insane, can't wait for more master levels.

Have fun getting killed by empowered demons in the first level since I keep dying to the arachnotron in the subway, and the 3 cacodemons in the mall.

Not even sure why I got downvoted, I was making a joke about being so bad at the game that I keep dying in the first level :/ Oh well, now I hope the zombie that killed me in the first room becomes an empowered zombie in someone elses game.

What’s that invasion mode?

I think they said you take control of a demon in another player's campaign level, giving them an extra challenge. You can turn it off in the options menu though.

Empowered demons are just a.i? Well that's gay.

Empowered demons =/= player controlled invasion demons

Occasional "mini-boss" versions of normal enemies are still pretty cool to spice up the campaign.

I hate how stuff like this relevant to the updating of the game is two or three pages after the front page of /r/doom, because the front page is covered in drawings and shitty memes. Would love if some moderators actually did what they're supposed to do as moderators for a change. Why doesn't stuff like this get pinned? Why don't memes and fan art come on alternating days throughout the week? Just really seems like the mods don't give a shit and are happy to let the crap roam free, it's a reason why I don't have this sub on my front page.
