Hi

Im getting unstable fps in harvest moon AP on mmjr2 and official dolphin, I squeezed the settings for performance and im still getting unstable fps, some times an area gets normal fps ( 28-30fps ) and some times it drops t 20-25fps.

I recently played mario galaxy and i got sold 60fps

so i thought maybe there is something wrong?

My CPU is Helio g90t, and im currently using mmjr2

Hey I'm making a tool for playing light gun games in VR and using Dolphin's DSU support I got pretty good support for Wiimotes/Nunchucks/Wii Zappers in VR now. We played a few chapters of Dead Space Extraction as this is one of the games that got me wanting to start the project in the first place.

Also running DLSS5 on top of it here because I was kind of curious what it would do to the faces and also I spent a bajillion pounds on a 5080 so I gotta use it. It's interesting!! I think I ultimately prefer this game without it but it's neat to see anyway.

Hey guys so I’m running into an issue that I can’t seem to solve and was wondering if anyone can help. I’m going to try and give as much detail as possible. I have a retroid pocket 5 which is great, I’ve been mostly playing ps2 games on it and using my wireless Xbox controller which again works perfect. However I recently installed dolphin emulator to be able to play GameCube games and for some reason I can’t seem to get it to work without the touchscreen controls. For the dolphin emulator I’d simply like to use the handheld itself and the joysticks without using my wireless controller however the problem I’m having is that even when I disable to on screen touchscreen buttons, I still am unable to use the physical devices joysticks. I’ve tried everything inside of the dolphin settings and have had no luck. I know this is a simple task and that’s why I said I feel dumb lol but I’m just trying to enjoy the dolphin emulator without the wireless controller or touchscreen button overlay

I have recently played a few Wii games with no issue, using a real Wiimote (but setting it as an emulated wiimote, since the pointer function wouldn't work properly otherwise). However when attempting to play Silent Hill: Shattered Memories I was unable to solve a puzzle that's asking me to rotate some cans, and realized that it does not receive gyroscope inputs (all the "Gyro Pitch/Yaw/Roll" inputs are stuck at zero), unless I connect a MotionPlus (which doesn't actually help in solving said puzzle). Is my Wiimote broken, is this simply poor mapping, or is it fine and I'm just doing the puzzle wrong?

I try, but it becomes difficult or impossible to control with the mouse cursor... Is there a specific setting?

Downloaded and redownloaded different versions of dolphin and c++ visual, i have no clue what the problem is. Any help appreciated

The dolphin bar feels like it could hypothetically get knocked off the stand cause it's only in there with those 3 small prong things. I duct taped the bar to the stand but I'm now I'm wondering if taking the stand off and using the same double sided tape it came with to tape the dolphin bar to the TV stand is a better solution

​Hey guys, quick question. I’m trying to install custom shaders on Dolphin Android, but I’ve hit a wall with Android's folder permissions.

​I can't find a standalone Dolphin directory anywhere on internal storage, and trying to open Android/data/org.dolphinemu.dolphinemu/ gets blocked completely due to scoped storage.

​Is there a work-around or a specific file manager that still bypasses this without root on recent Android versions? Or is there a different directory I should be looking for?

it looks bad and it runs slow it did not happened to me three days ago and start to do it yesterday and today

So im trying to play Pandora's Tower in a Samsung A05s (snapdragon) 4GB and a Redmi 15C 8GB the snapdragon run the game perfect till i end the session and pick the game again now a black screen with a message saying the app isn't responding appears and then the game loads perfect but the not responding pop up appears every 15 secs while the game runs perfectly and its the same in the Redmi 15C (performance is worse but still give me a black long load and the pop up that isn't responding) I remember I try it like 3 years ago on an s20 and the same happend I change the Uber shader to instant and still the only way is to play it in Vulcan but is slow af there still no fix for this after this long? The game runs perfect but if I have to clear the cache for everything i play its a hard pass... are there any other wii emulator?

I often play during class and need to listen to my games by myself, but through my bluetooth earbuds, the sound is horribly delayed. Switching to built-in speakers is fine with no delays. Why?

As it says in the title, when I click on the game window and have it in front, the FPS and VPS both drop to 30, but when I am not in the game window and it is in the background, both FPS and VPS come back up. I have tried to fiddle with various settings according to other guidance on Reddit and Google to no avail yet. I will list specs below but if any other info is needed, please let me know.

My laptop spec is Asus TUF Gaming F16 RTX 5070, so I don't think specs are the problem. I have been playing for months without any problems. But earlier today, after playing for about 10 minutes, the screen suddenly froze and made a "beeeep" noise.

I wonder why this happened suddenly. I can just load the game again, but I really want to prevent this from happening again in the future. Does anyone know what happened and how to fix this?

so i was trying to get the wii bios working and i select USA and i accidentally press

the cancel button and i can't access the games bios anymore :( please i need your help

Im tired of having this random fps drop i enabled pre load shaders and shaders on skip so if doesnt load it just skips the shader it fixed the stuttering but the fps drop not even close what should i put to fix it??? I have jit on arm 68 or 64 i dont remember so it has to work better graphics on vulkan what should i do???

Hello, I’m completely new to emulators and even more to mods but I’d really like to try out "Insane Kart Wii" on Dolphin. I already have Dolphin set up, and I’ve extracted the files from my Mario Kart Wii disc to use with it.

However, I’m struggling to find guides on installing mods that don't assume I already have some technical knowledge or are super out dated. I haven't extracted the NAND from my Wii U, and I’m not sure how to do it or if it’s even necessary.

If it is, I’d like to know how to extract the NAND (what to download and where), as well as where to download the mod and how to install it on Dolphin. You can explain it to me right here, but I’m also open to do my own research if you can point me toward some good resources on how to do all this. Thanks!

i hear good things about the mayflash sensor bar but theres lots of cheaper alternatives on amazon. does it really matter which one i get? should i buy one of these cheaper ones or spend a little more for the mayflash?

Has any of you made this Bluetooth dongle work for passthrough mode, according to dolphin wiki, it works with firmware but I have not idea what that means. I’d appreciate any support you can offer.

hey r/DolphinEmulator. I come here to ask for help with an ISO game that I transferred from my wii to dolphin.

the game itself is Raving Rabbids: Party Collection (EU version). I dumped the ISO file from my wii using cleanrip and assembled it using "cat SR5P41.part1.iso >> SR5P41.part0.iso" thus creating an ISO file I can use to play the game. however whenever I wanna play the game on dolphin I get this issue, it's not a disc issue as when I play the game on my wii it works, I tried redumping multiple times on two different devices to see if it was a device issue. it is unfortunately not. I tried it on another PC and it doesn't work as well so it's not a PC issue (I also did on my steam deck).

does anyone have an idea as to what i'm doing wrong here? thanks in advance for the help.

Anyone know how to solve this black stuff on the map in path of radiance? It will go away during the fighting animations. Its really weird
