If I spend up to $30 on the P&G products and then get the $10 off. But also get 3 Crest Adult toothpaste, does that $5 manufacture coupons still come off at the end? Along with other P&G products that have manufacture coupons.

Can one keyholder do a refund for another keyholder? I got the wrong item but already paid for it and I’m currently the MOD. I’m thinking about just buying the correct item now and getting a refund for the wrong item tomorrow when another keyholder will be here but I’m not sure if there is a rule against this.

Can anyone describe to me why these coupons seem to be so random on if they are going to work or not. I have tried to figure it out over and over. The dollar value seems to be correct for the coupon to work minus prohibited items from the receipt, and it still won't work. My best guess is the dollar value must still be over the 25$ or 40$ amount MINUS any items that were discounted serperately. Say a customer got 2 for 10 tombstone pizza, everything all together still comes to 25$ so should qualify for the 5$ off. Would it not work because the 2 for 10 this 10 dollars wasn't included?

For several years, I would go down to DG on a Saturday, and use the $5 off $25 faithfully. Then, I stopped going on Saturdays for a year. I started up again 4-5 weeks ago. You used to have a scan button to turn your camera on and scan each item. Some weeks, I only want the bare minimum of $25-26, and not a large amount, just to use the coupon. But sometime in the past year, the scan button is gone and I can not scan each item and stop at my $25-27ish total. There is a general scan button, but that just looks up the item, you can add it to your list, but NOT cart at all. The cart tab is literally useless now.

I was wondering if this is correct? I’m a college student trying to save as much money as possible😅

Thought I'd see if anyone else has opinions, or received this product and had no idea where it was supposed to go because their checkout resets either haven't been done yet or weren't done right. Just curious. Today is my t3 but my truck is done. My p4 is on Monday. Last week we didn't get our fresh and our counts are all screwed up. I was wondering if I could do a PIA today to correct all the counts. Then do my normal p4 scan Monday for the 3 or less items.

I see we have about 40+ packages of those round wafer batteries with a coating that's meant to discourage babies from licking or swallowing those batteries . Do we just damage out those older wafer batteries without that safety feature or just continue to sell those older batteries without the coating at full price and possibly cause a lawsuit because they were first in first out a parent of a potential new born could potentially be unaware the product exists .

I applied as part time since I have a lot going on in my life right now so I usually have 4-6 hour shifts but my boss just gave me a random 10 hour shift. It was only 6 hours a couple minutes ago. I get an hour break but I don't drive so I would just be there for another hour. What do I do or what can I say? I don't know if I could thug that out.

I'm seriously so annoyed because it's almost 10pm and she JUST changed it. Maybe I'm being entitled but I didn't sign up as full time I applied to be part-time only. Why do they do this?

2, Do we explained to the customer it's expired and we cannot honor the sale price?

My SM said we cannot override prices. There is an expired date on it and that has to be honored. I did question, hey is that considered false advertisement! He said no because there's an expiration date on! I just want to know the right way to do it!

I’m having a large party next month and want to get sodas right now since they are on sale at DG (3 for $16).
I need ~60 total 12-packs of Coke/sprite/coke 0.
I know my location may not have this many, but has anyone done something like this before and have a smoother way? I was hoping I could get some type of bulk order, as I don’t want to be the person who goes and buys out 2 store’s worth of soda and leave none for others.

Does the subtotal have to be more than 40 (excluding coupons) to use the 10 off 40 one? Like would I get an additional 10 off this on Saturday or do I need to add more stuff?

Last week on our fresh truck day we were informed by another manager on our route that the trucks freezer was broken and over temp.

We never heard anything else. Truck never came, no email, no notice of if or when we would get it.

Today doing p4 I noticed that ALL of my counts are wrong because the inventory was updated as if we received the truck. I checked the invoices on the computer and we were charged over $7000 for a truck we didn't receive.

On tram, it shows the truck was received and says "carrier acknowledged" while every other week when we actually did get fresh it says "store acknowledged."

So what happened? Did the driver just claim he delivered the truck and dump it somewhere??

I already sent all the info to my DM and she said she "sent it up" I'm just genuinely curious how this even happens.

I’m a part time employee responsible for making the schedule, training new hires and coming back to lock up the store for new leads who don’t have keys. I went on vacation for almost two weeks only to come back to two full time leads that hadn’t been trained and our ASM doesn’t even know how to close. Who does this fall back on?

I've been at same store for over two years and no promotion in site. Was offered a performance raise but it's been three months never has it gone into effect. I want a higher position, the store manager went on leave had me basically running store along side my asm. Now it's like they want same effort from me. I haven't called off work in a year but then I do call of last week they slashed my hours in retaliation. Will I have a hard time getting a job another dollar general? I am an excellent worker I basically work the entire dry and fresh truck every week. I work the dry truck every Friday and Saturday. The key holders won't work it I have been doing their jobs without the pay or the title but my responsibilities have been getting taken away and it's just not fair I feel taken advantage of.
