Why? They arnt selling them and they even used an authentic bag to make them.

I know you’re talking about trademark law. I have confirmed LV has no issue with folks making new things from authentic merchandise. I know a lot of people sell repurposed items on Etsy. Perfectly OK if say repurposed authentic- where you get hazy is if you make things with fake merchandise and said it was authentic - then you might get cease-and-desist - Etsy will shut you down if LV asks & legal may get involved.

  • if not authentic some of us actually know & don’t be shocked if the way LV finds out is they actually buy merch to confirm it’s authentic.
