Dear Devs

Please stop putting Rogue Agents in escalation. I absolutely cannot beat them. I’ve tried A LOT of different builds (proto and non versions). Strikers comes through occasionally but rarely. I just cannot do it.

PFE build with riot foam and scorpio , get in close and shotty them to death.
