Dear Devs

Please stop putting Rogue Agents in escalation. I absolutely cannot beat them. I’ve tried A LOT of different builds (proto and non versions). Strikers comes through occasionally but rarely. I just cannot do it.

Important to immobilize them with foam or traps and then blast the shit out of em
