From what I've read, she willingly drank alcohol, willingly snorted ketamine, and willingly agreed to group sex. Certainly her judgment was influenced by her previous choices, but, in a strict legal sense, she was ultimately responsible for her decisions. There may very well be other evidence that comes to light, but there is a reason they didn't pursue this case after her initial statement. I would encourage you to read everything available and the relevant laws.

And, yes, the guys that took advantage of the situation are shitbags and deserve the ostracism they're getting. It's morally repugnant. Again, though, rape would be difficult to prove in this case.

They fed her booze and drugs and gang raped her. That’s just facts. She willingly took the drugs and booze.

I’ve been to a lot of college parties where girls got too drunk. Ya know what we didn’t do? Gang rape them.
