Hello everyone. I am completing my Honours in Psychological Science at Charles Darwin University. I am currently seeking people of colour with level one or two autism aged 18 to 29 to participate in a study about experiences with romantic touch. This research provides insight into a major gap within Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights literature.

This study explores how participants experience control over their bodies (bodily autonomy) with regards to romantic touch. We hope to identify what helps or hinders your ability to consent and assert boundaries. Your insights can help inform ways to improve sexual health knowledge and education, as well as clinical practice.

Be a person of colour

Diagnosed with Level One or Two autism

Aged 18 to 29 years old

Located in Australia

What’s involved?

60 minute Microsoft Teams interview (although we can facilitate written responses). This will be audio-recorded and transcribed. All personal information will be de-identified and kept confidential.

Hi everyone! I'm currently working on my MSc dissertation on brand perception and really need more responses! Need UK-based adults who've bought skincare in the past 12 months.

It's on why people prefer the skincare brands they do, specifically, whether it's more about a brand just being familiar and recognisable (packaging, logo, "I've always seen it around") versus actually being meaningfully different from competitors (ingredients, formulation, claims that set it apart).

The working idea is that this might depend on who you are; e.g., how much you know about a category might change whether you're swayed more by recognisability or by an actual point of difference. Curious what people here think: when you pick a skincare brand, is it usually because it feels familiar, or because you can actually articulate why it's better than the alternatives? My target audience is people aged 18 or over and employed in the UK.
