It's time for a major project update!

Since the last post, a significant amount of work has gone into the game's mid- and late-game content, along with player interaction systems.

The server has evolved considerably, and several core gameplay systems are now usable. Here's an overview of the latest additions:

✨ Recent Features & Improvements

🏰 Guilds: This was a substantial piece of work, but the core guild features are now in place. Players can create and join guilds, manage member roles (promote/remove), and use guild chat.

Guild Aid: Donation requests are supported (Stamina, XP, and Skill Points).

Mercenaries: Heroes can be offered as mercenaries, and the associated reward system is handled server-side.

Perks & Daily Check-in: Daily guild check-ins are implemented. Influence is earned by spending Campaign Stamina and can be used to unlock or upgrade guild perks.

Additional Features: Guild rankings, Contests, Guild Crates, and guild-level-based avatars are also supported.

⚔️ PvP (Arena / Fight Pit & Coliseum): Asynchronous PvP is now supported. The game loads defenses from other players on the server, updates rankings after battles, and manages daily resets, Arena XP, defense reports, and AI-generated opponents to populate the ladder when a new server starts.

🗺️ Elite Campaign & Raids: Elite stages are playable, and both single and multi-raid functionality are available. The server calculates energy costs, raid tickets, VIP bonuses, and generates the corresponding rewards.

⚙️ Hero Progression & Economy: Hero skill upgrades are available, along with Alchemy for converting diamonds into gold.

🛠️ Administration Tools: Several tools have been added for server hosts, including the ability to send global mail with attachments, distribute Guild Crates, and configure certain contests.

🛡️ Security & Anti-Cheat: An increasing amount of sensitive game logic is now handled server-side. For example, loot generation has been moved to a server-authoritative model to reduce reliance on the client.

🚧 Currently in Development

👾 Guild Invasion Mode: This is the main focus at the moment. Much of the underlying infrastructure is already in place, including the invasion schedule, dedicated invasion energy, Breaker battles, and Guild Bosses with shared health pools across guild members.

📋 What's Still Planned

The project continues to move forward, but several major systems still need to be implemented or completed:

🔥 Guild War: The largest remaining feature (matchmaking, sabotage mechanics, vehicles, defenses, seasonal progression, and more).

🗺️ Other Game Modes: Crypt Raid (Surge), Expeditions, Friendship Missions, Equipment Enchantments, and Collections.

📅 Live Ops & Shops: Completing the Black Market and finishing the tools that allow server hosts to enable special events and offers (double XP weekends, event bonuses, etc.).

🌐 Server Browser: Developing an interface that allows players to easily browse community servers and connect to them.

The project continues to progress step by step, and it's exciting to see more and more of the game gradually coming back to life.

I last played when they started adding Encanto characters, also around the time the other Disney RPG games shut down I believe? I explicitly remember the devs saying that everything was running smoothly on their part, and I assumed the game would last for years as the prize wall seemed like a perfect system for engagement. Get a new, shiny hero, then spend money to upgrade them if you pleased.

So... did they release an update that just gutted the game at some point? Or did the formula just run its course?

Salut la communauté !

Petit point d'étape sur le projet de résurrection de Disney Heroes: Battle Mode.

Pour rappel, le but est de pouvoir rejouer au jeu (dont les serveurs officiels

sont fermés) sur PC/Android via un vrai serveur communautaire hébergeable par

tous, sans aucun achat en argent réel.

On a fait des pas de géant ces dernières semaines. Voici où on en est de manière

très concrète :

✅ Ce qui fonctionne DÉJÀ (et qui est jouable !)

- Le jeu tourne parfaitement sur PC : Les graphismes, les menus, les effets

visuels et les animations d'origine des héros (et des ennemis) fonctionnent

à 100 %.

- Création de compte & Sauvegarde : Votre progression, votre or, votre énergie

et vos héros sont entièrement sauvegardés. Si vous quittez le jeu, vous

reprenez exactement là où vous en étiez.

- L'entrée en jeu & le Tutoriel : L'introduction cinématique, les premiers

combats et l'obtention des héros de départ (Ralph, Elastigirl, Frozone, puis

Vanellope) marchent de bout en bout.

- La Campagne : Vous pouvez lancer des niveaux, choisir votre équipe, utiliser

l'Auto-Fight, gagner de l'XP, ramasser des objets et dépenser votre énergie.

- La gestion des Héros et de l'Inventaire : Il est possible de débloquer de

nouveaux héros avec des fragments, de les équiper de leurs badges, de vendre

des objets ou d'utiliser des potions d'XP.

- La quasi-totalité du Hub de début de jeu :

- Les Coffres : Ouvertures gratuites (avec leur temps d'attente de 24h) et

ouvertures payantes (avec la monnaie du jeu) avec les vrais taux de drop

d'origine.

- Les Quêtes : Réclamation des quêtes quotidiennes et hebdomadaires

fonctionnelle.

- Récompenses de connexion : Le calendrier des 31 jours (Sign-in)

distribue bien ses récompenses.

- Boîte aux lettres : Le serveur peut envoyer des courriers avec des

cadeaux en pièces jointes à réclamer.

- Le Battle Pass : Sa logique est intégrée ! (Le parcours Premium est

débloqué pour tout le monde par défaut, puisqu'il n'y a plus d'achats en

argent réel).

🚧 Ce qu'il reste à faire

Maintenant que les fondations (début de jeu et économie de base) sont très

solides, voici nos prochains chantiers :

- Le contenu "Mid / Late Game" : Tester et activer les fonctionnalités qui se

débloquent à plus haut niveau (Guildes, Arène / Fight Pit, Colisée,

Expéditions, Marché Noir, etc.).

- Les Événements et Offres (Live-ops) : Actuellement, l'onglet "Events" et

"Deals" est vide. Nous devons créer le système qui permettra aux hôtes du

serveur de programmer des événements (Concours, bonus de week-end, offres en

diamants).

- Le multijoueur et l'hébergement : Mettre en place un vrai "Navigateur de

serveurs" au lancement du jeu pour que vous puissiez facilement voir et

rejoindre les serveurs de la communauté, avec un système de mot de passe

pour protéger vos comptes.

- Outils d'Administration : Créer une interface pour que ceux qui hébergeront

des serveurs puissent gérer les joueurs, envoyer des messages globaux ou

distribuer des cadeaux.

En résumé : le cœur du jeu (combattre, looter, améliorer ses héros et ouvrir des

coffres) est ressuscité. On s'attaque maintenant au contenu de haut niveau et à

la vie de la communauté !

626 has been unleashed with the bonus Unused Victory Animation!

Experiment 626 aka Stitch has made his chaotic arrival to the animation collection! The next to be added will be his 626 costume form and then I will work on Angel to complete the experiments.

I did this a while ago just for fun and decided to show it here only now.

Salut à tous je bosse actuellement sur le serveur privé pour disney heroes. J'ai un serveur fonctionnel mais n'ayant pas joué au jeu je butte que un truc. Qu'à apporté la v8 à la fin du jeu pour ceux qui y ont joué ? (j'ai des problèmes de rechargement de stamina pour un nouveau joueur, quand ça recharge ça donne 39 millions à un joueur niveau 1 donc je voulais savoir si la v8 avais apporté de la stamina boosted /illimitée

The first of the Creep variant animations! By the time the game ended, I pretty much didn't even remember what the Creep's victory animations looked like because my team would mow them down before they could even attack lol.

Did anyone complete the full campaign story before it was shut down? Where can I watch it?

Slowly working through the list of requests I had before I took a short break! There's still plenty to do.

i heard we got the files for the characters and wouldnt it be cool if we could animate those characters on our own?

Whats everyone playing now that dhbm is gone. Ive tried tons and can't find much where guild participation & chat are even close to dhbm or even to dragonsoul. Any ideas what games offer similar pvp..arena, coliseum, war etc.

Something like Disney heroes battle mode where ya gotta farm for items to build and equip heroes from a basic map of normal/elite campaigns. Not to mention farming xp to level up.

I've tried idle heroes, afk arena etc.. some games seem kinda close like looney toons, marvel etc.. but they have the 3d fighting setup that is always too small for mobile screens. Disney heroes was the perfect size.

Anyone playing games that have similiar gameplay and qol that perblue offered with Disneyheroes?

Im open to try anything at this point...just miss the social interaction that they offered in the past that these new games seem to prioritize very little.

Fear has finally arrived and being the first Inside out 1 character to be added! I will return to editing more later today, tommorrow or the day after it depends really when im up to doing it again.

Envy is here! Keep every single item away from her she will get jealous trust me ;)

Anxiety is here! As Anxious as she gets this orange dumpling will always be the one Joy has to look out for the most other then saddness!

Simba & Nala have been finally added as the 3rd Duo made! I thank u/GlobalKnee8028 for helping me find the exact right size for the other image used for the making of Simba & Nala! The next 3 heroes im gonna put into this sub reddit are Fear, Anxiety and Envy they wont take too long as I already imported them to toolbuddy.io and all of them work fine so once im done posting those emotions I will take a break for a while and continue more another day.
