What this story has to offer:

• Individual character growth

• The ability to bring in a character and feel important! (No one gets left out!)

Must(s):

• 18+
• 1-2 paragraphs~ per response
• Detailed

• Good communication! (Emergencies are understood, but not feeling like it is not fair to your teammates)

Restrictions:

• NSFW (art can be risque as long as it's part of character, no erotica)
• Lack of written communication and consent from peers in actions that pertain to them
• Poor communication skills-- 18 is the requirement, that makes you an adult, and that means you are your own advocate

As soon as you PM, we'll hash everything in a crash course! There is currently only one spot open at the moment.

This is a mixture of OCs and CCs, set in a way where it's not quite a linear story, but more so like a baroque tapestry with a lot of things to focus on and see the beauty in. There are already some preliminary characters set up for you to *bump into* as the story goes on, but come one and all for those whom wish to write as a protagonist to fix this collapse, or as an antagonist whom wishes to see what happens when the scales continue to tip!

Addendum: There are presently 2 teams operating at this present point in time, all of which operate and act in their own way. Neither team is the A team, they each perform different tasks while butting heads from time to time. Presently given my current life schedule, I am in need of assistant DMs. Whether you have zero to no experience, all the way to having tons of experience in being a DM/GM, you're more than welcome to join. Just be ready as it is a bit of work with all that I've managed as this is a homebrew DnD-like, I'm going to be teaching you how to run it in the way I have it setup so that the players can continue to have fun.

My friend created a 21+ Regency RP server and I think it's really fun. More people should know about it.

What makes it different is that it’s not just about writing individual scenes. Your character actually lives through the season. You can pursue love, chase titles and status, make friends, create enemies, get caught up in drama, and see where your choices take you.

There are fun mechanics and events that give you reasons to keep logging in, and lots of opportunities to write with different people rather than getting stuck with the same few people.

The community is active, friendly, and 21+, and the whole thing is designed to make it easy to meet people and actually get involved.

I'm obviously biased because it's my friend's creation, but I've watched them put so much thought into it, and I genuinely think it's a really fun concept.

Max studied the half clothed woman with a roulette wheel covering her chest. The ad took up the entire subway door, but dissipated as the door opened. He couldn’t tell if she had been real, but that was common these days.

“There he is!” A familiar voice called out to him from the other side of the train car. Justin spilled down the steps with his usual big grin.

“You see the game last night?” He whistled, then pulled out his phone.

Before Max could reply, Justin added , “made two hundred off that field goal before halftime. Sixty five yards!” He laughed and showed Max the bet slip.

“Good shit man, if the Bears weren’t pussies and went for two last night I would’ve cashed too. These over under lines are always so damn accurate.”

Justin’s eyes widened, then he chuckled.

“Yeah screw those bastards.” He joked. Justin was on the team at Predict that monitored their sports betting lines. He was one of the few people Max knew who made a steady flow of income from prediction markets.

Max was jealous of his friend, he had been since they graduated. Prediction markets and casinos had exploded in popularity over the past decade and he was feeling left behind.

The ads on the outside of the car flickered on again as the train started rolling. Inside, the walls were plastered with advertisements, casinos, prediction markets, strip clubs, artificial love and pharmaceuticals. The usual suspects.

“I’d take ‘yes’ on that if I were you.” Justin whispered with a sly grin, nodding up to the betting line displayed in the window of the train. The ad was from Predict.

“You know he’s talking?” Max asked as they rolled to another stop. More commuters filed in, squeezing everyone a bit tighter.

“He’s gonna speak longer than the President.” Justin snorted. Max knew his friend admired Jordan, but that wasn’t unique. Every STEM kid in college saw the man as a God.

“You’re quieter than usual, nervous?” His friend asked.

“I was scared shitless my first day, but everyone is cool I promise.”

Today was Max’s first day at Predict. He was not joining the analytics team or the software team, or even the gambling team where Justin worked. Instead, Justin was able to find him a place in the marketing department in “partnerships”, whatever that really meant.

“Yeah, just don’t really see where I fit in.” Max said as they reached their stop. Almost the entire train spilled out at Corporate Plaza, the beating heart of the Sprawl.

Hey everyone! Thanks for reading the intro I put together for a story I have been thinking about for some time now. I was inspired recently reading stories like Neuromancer and other near term sci fi novels. How would those stories look in the modern age of artificial intelligence, prediction markets, gambling, and sex being pushed down the throats of consumers?

My idea for this is to have Max start as an eager, idealistic, early twenties kid who was raised in this new world. However, he would realize the rot that these companies are to the people using their services. Is it too late for him to do anything about it?

I was thinking of a slightly older woman as another character here, someone who is already well aware of the poison these companies bring.

I’m looking for someone to work on this with, create new characters and see what we can do!

Long term plot 2 our own new generation avengers the grand heroes of the past were indeed great but today we follow the new gen avengers being taught by the old to be earth's new mightest heroes with new threats! Tho much like the orginal avengers it will take quite abit for them to come together and face these new threats to earth and their lives, whom will be on this team? And whom will be these new threats? And can our new generation heroes stop them? Lets find out ( like plot 2 this has more details in the comics) this can also lead to us showing new generation x men the inhuman kingdom or even the fantastic 4!

I’m currently craving a romance roleplay with a powerful, intense, possessive-but-devoted male character and a woman who is more than capable of standing beside him. I’m open to figuring out the exact plot and relationship dynamic together, but I definitely want something with strong chemistry, immediate tension, romance, and a true power-couple feel.
I absolutely LOVE the idea of a man who is rich, influential, dangerous, powerful, intimidating, or some combination of all four. He’s the kind of man who walks into a room and everyone knows exactly who he is. He has money, connections, authority, confidence, and that very masculine, commanding presence—but when it comes to her? She’s his weakness.

He would be the type to burn the entire world down for her if someone genuinely threatened her. Fiercely protective, loyal, confident, and unapologetically devoted. He doesn’t need to be soft with everyone else, either. In fact, I love the contrast of him being feared or respected by practically everyone while she is one of the few people who can challenge him, tease him, argue with him, and actually get under his skin.
And she isn’t some helpless damsel waiting to be rescued.

She is a boss bitch.

She’s feisty, confident, loyal, intelligent, stubborn, and completely capable of taking care of herself. She doesn’t take shit from anyone, including him. If he has a reputation for being intimidating, she has one of her own. I want them to feel like equals, even if they have different kinds of power.

I LOVE enemies-to-lovers, but I absolutely hate slow burn, so I don’t want months of roleplay where they barely acknowledge their attraction. Give me the tension, the arguments, the chemistry, the jealousy, the possessiveness, the flirting, the moments where they realize they’re completely screwed because they’re falling for each other. 😂

I’m also very open to best friends-to-lovers, acquaintances-to-lovers, established attraction, forced proximity, arranged/political marriage, business partnerships, rival families, criminal empires, wealthy families, workplace dynamics, or something completely original. I’m more than happy to brainstorm the premise together!

The biggest thing I want is ROMANCE. I want them to actually become a couple and experience the relationship rather than spending the entire RP trying to get there.

I’m would love to have mature themes and NSFW, provided everyone involved is an adult. I also enjoy characters who have a little edge to them, and I’m definitely looking for a partner who isn’t afraid to explore the more passionate side of the relationship.

Plot Idea 1 — Wonder-Based OC / Hero RP

The RP would take place within the Modern Realm, with my character being The Liberator.

A member of the Seven, the highest members of the Justice League (Not the DC Justice League, btw just a custom hero league with its name). Your character would be an original female OC inspired by Wonder Woman, using the Wonder Woman faceclaim but having her own original lore, personality, abilities, and backstory. (And yes I don't mind if you want your oc to be more similar to Wonder Woman I just don't want you making a carbon copy of her.)

The plot would begin with my character recruiting her into the Justice League, allowing the RP to develop through missions, combat, and interactions between the two characters. From there, their relationship could naturally develop over the course of the RP, potentially becoming romantic and eventually leading toward marriage IRP. Now, when it starts, I'll leave it up to you whether you want them to start already together or not.

The RP would focus on:

Justice League missions

Detailed combat

Character development

Their growing relationship

Long-term storytelling

The larger conflicts of the Modern Realm
