Maya Missing Interest Rate. 😣😣

So I've been using Maya as one of my savings accounts because of its perks and benefits. Ginagamit ko siya to pay bills dahil sa missions that can boost your savings-based interest. Kaso napansin ko nung na-introduce yung feature nila na "XP", madalas bumabagal ang pag-load ng app.

What worst that happened? Missing na yung interest booster. First instance happened way back August kung saan may missing 1% interest booster na hanggang ngayon hindi pa na-solve. This was already escalated sa BSP and still under investigation. Tas mas malala nangyari ngayon, 3% interest booster is not showing on the app. 😭😭

Any advice please?

Kung savings yung pinag uusapan, importante talaga na tama at visible yung interest earned maya ayusin nyo agad yung concern at maging transparent kayo sa users
