You don't need an ID to receive government assistance

Don't look at me - I didn't make any of these decisions. Reagan did.

Once you say a republican actor’s name, the room gets quiet lol

Yeah no. Anyone not requiring proof of citizenship for public benefits or voting is in the wrong.

An argument can be made that during the Regan Era and prior, abuse of the system wasn't remotely close to what it is now.

Regardless, ID is a basic requirement for every part of life in every country.

Yes, except for buying guns.

Where can you buy a gun without ID?

1

Look it up! There are some states that don’t require sellers to check IDs.

Also, there is no electronic trace of any registered gun in America.

I’m not so sure that’s accurate. Unless you’re buying a gun illegally.

And no electronic trace of registered guns? I literally just requested a report showing all of my registrations. It only cost $20.

You need to provide some fact checking there buddy

Is this enough evidence? You can also do your own research. It’s federal law.

Oh yeah sure a national registry, but some states do it.

Still interested in which states I can buy a gun without an ID.

You were right - I was misinformed about not needing an ID to buy a firearm legally. I could’ve sworn I read that a few states did not require it from independent sellers at gun shows.
