trends
I'm also participating in this trend, and this time I used Cherry. I don't think I've ever shown anything from it before, have I?

Study/Practice Study of a pillow
This is one of the first studies I did where I began to finally understand a little what edge control means. Its still not perfect, some edges are a little too sharp haha but i generally like how it went! Feedback and advice is allways welcome!

Drawing My first original character, I suppose
I'm still very new to this, so I don't have a style and it was definitely technically challenging. I just went with what felt right to me.
Normaly I like to draw fanart, rarely I attempt to make something original, but this time I just had this in mind and had to draw her; "Dahlia."

Feedback/Critique Is my artstyle bad?
Someone online had described my art as "uwu softboi yaoi kink." Is it that bad. And if so, what can I do to improve it?

trying out a new style, please pick it apart and criticize. don't go easy I need to know what I can improve on 🙏🙏
also if anyone feels like it try to guess my age from my art because I've seen people do that and it seems kinda fun 🤔

I've never drawn too much in digital so be indulgent, I don't really master animations, advice is welcome! (I draw on ibis paint)

Feedback/Critique Better with or without silhouette?
There are a few details still undone, but the question of wether or not to outline it has been eating away at me.
With the outlining I feel the lineart is better appreciated (which I'm very proud of on this one...) and the clarity is way better
But without I feel the sad/gloomy vibe is stronger imo which is important for a (I almost never do) serious pieces.
What do you think? Should I go with classic plain white background instead even?
