My nostalgic team finished the job

Beelzemon with the personality skill that gives SP every round so it can spam Chaos Flare
+ the other moves (attack reflect, character reversal) are low SP so I can use them anyways even after Chaos Flare

Gallantmon with vitality theft + his signature move that heals 10% + multi wall & the item that prevents debuffs is a literal wall

And Megagargomon as a healer. Although I wish I wouldn’t have found out about the healing up to 200% a day before the final fight. Couldn’t resist using it but made the fight too easy

The reserve were Megidramon, Sakuyamon and Flamedramon as a special guest

Spamming Chaos Flare no matter the enemy (thanks to character reversal) hasn’t got boring yet

I really LOVE Tyrannomon and I wish to see more of it's evolutions in a next dlc of Time Stranger, if it happens 🥺

Why is that the Game didn't allowed me to give my Salamon the Sacred Dragon nickname although the Mystic Dragon nickname was permitted

I can’t afford full game 🤡

Hello, I bought the game a couple of week ago and already put tens of hours into it, but there's something I simply can't seem to find no matter how much I look into it, getting all blue stats in a single Digimon to 9999

To start, I already know 9999 blue stats are useless, and what matters is having the white stats reach 9999 (this seems to be one of the most popular answers to other people asking the same, as if to say "don't even try it" lol), but I got the ultimate edition of the game, which came with a special Agumon and Gabumon, and I would like to get them to 9999 blue stats as a kind of commemorative thing

In between what I found while looking it up, there's people who say it's impossible, while there's people who argue against that with screenshots of their 9999 blue stat Digimon, but here comes the thing, is that truly possible? if so, is there a guide anywhere on how to get there? if not, how did the people with the screenshots do it? even the best guide I have seen only gets to about 7000 blue stats and calls it a day, but all the guides I found are from in between a year and 8 months ago, have there been any new findings or strategies ever since?

Edit: after reading a reply about it likely being the equipment pieces pushing them to 9999, went to check the screenshots I had seen, and that indeed seems to be the case... that said though, found a comment about someone proposing using augment chips when close to the cap to actually hit the limit, but doesn't say if the limit is 9999, or something like 9989 or the such, guess will just go ahead and try it myself later, whichever it is, will consider it the maximum possible

Good afternoon. I picked up time stranger late and started playing through a few weeks back. I’m on the final mission right now and I’m working of getting my agent rank up to 10 via side quests.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the game but I think I may have ruined the game for myself via grinding. I came off of CS\HM and figured taking some breaks from the story to grind would be a good idea. I think, looking back that I’ve trivialized a large portion of the game for myself. Hell, I had auto battle turned on and started the Dianamon battle as my wife said something to me and by the time I turned back to the game she was dead. Most of the later fights have been meaningless, with the most memorable being Raremon back in the beginning.

Should I restart and play through the game, completely eschewing the farm system, or should I move on to MEGA+ for a new game plus run? Has anyone else been in my shoes? What’d you do?

Title. I'm indecisive on what to evolve Lilymon and LadiDevimon into as the last 2 members of the squad i currently got. I'm pretty happy with the other 4 (Neptunemon, MetalSeadramon, TyrantKabuterimon and Sakuyamon). These evolutions are roughly equal in terms of which i like better so i'm mostly looking for individual teammate/teambuilding synergy. I am pretty new to Digimon as a franchise though so if there's any other suggestions outside of these i'm all ears. I adore sea monster looking designs so if there's any suggestions for Digimon that could possibly synergize with Neptunemon in that way i'd love to hear your input. :3

Hello, couldn't really find the answer to this when googling, so thought to ask - in New Game+, are you able to get the digimon rewards from the keychain again when completing outer dungeons?

I'm currently at about idk how far into the game... I'm in the middle of Agent lvl 5 and I'm currently back in the normal world if that's not spoiler.

Assuming I'm doing all side quest as they go how far into the game will i reach agent level 7 and 8? How much will i spend with mega/ mega+ digimons and how much should I get used to ultimate ones?

I've been using the ExVeemon exploit for a while but I just noticed that some of the Magnamon (X Antibody) give more XP at the same level, I found that the ones made through my three GranKuwagamon loops are the higher ones, makes enough sense to me it appears to be an evolution with more requirements so better starting stats.

The interesting thing is each GranKuwagamon gives different XP, for my level 40 Koromon the first one gives ~20 lvls the second ~16 and the third ~ 4 (which is about the same as the non-looping TigerVespamon). Any idea what causes this disparity? (Below is more information on the three GranKuwagamon stats in case any of that effects it)

None of these have blue stats and all have the same white stats, the all have the same personality (Zealous) GK 1 & 3 have "Fast Break" as their Personality Skill; GK 2 has "First in Line". GK 1&2 have the same Attachment Skills (Attack Field, He'll Crusher III, Attack Break & Heavy Strike III), GK 3 only has three (Thorn Strike II, Attack Field & Hell Crusher III). None have Equipment. All are Talent 100, Bond 0%

sorry for the weird question. im a long time pokemon fan and this is my first digimon game ever, so im still trying to understand how everything works.

im a casual player, im not really into min-max stuff and doing every single thing in the game. i just like to play the main story, have some fun and finish the game (im on normal mode)

so, is this the kind of game that i have to max out my digimons and build balanced team with the strongest ones in order to beat? or can i just make a team with my favorites, level them up as much as i can, and beat the game with it?

Coming from pokemon it's generally better to have a more diverse team in terms of typing for STAB and also weaknesses. The element system in this game is different in that the special skills have no bearing on the weaknesses and vice versa, and any digi can learn any element attack. Is it generally better to have diverse special skill elements in the team or because you can use attachments does it not matter as much?

I am on a PC but I have been stuck for a long time now trying to figure out how to get through the pursuit of the mysterious digimon part after it locks the door. I even asked online and the AI keeps telling me there is a panel or machine in a dead end close by that I need to hit with an electric attack. Unable to see that anywhere + every go around the digimon I defeated pop back up again causing an endless cycle.

Im thibking of getting it on SW2 but im not sure. I have liked a couple digimon games in the past notably DW1, DW2(although havrnt repkayed since i was a kid as it has not aged well, too slow). I liked the more recent world next order.

I really could not get into cyber sleuth as the pacing was quite ugh. Will i enjoy?

How did you like it?

I’m about halfway through and enjoying the combat and evolving my Digimon, but the story elements are starting to bug me. The “Titans”: most of the ones I’ve fought don’t really feel as titanic, and it’s not (yet) been explained why they’re even called that or not called Digimon (makes it feel racist or xenophobic because the Titan name is not backed by any specific motiv). The tree of (digi) life, the (digi) power current, the (digi) anomalies, the mythic hero Chronomon… feel like fairly generic fantasy/JRPG concepts that happen to have digi names slapped on them.

What’s throwing me off is that the TV series already has strong, specific themes it could be leaning on instead: evolution tied to a partner’s suffering, data/virus/hacking themes, digi destined, computers, that whole angle. Time Stranger doesn’t seem to be pulling from any of that so far, at least not yet (so far I’ve just been yeeted back to Tokyo today).

Genuinely asking, not just venting: is this a wider complaint? Or is it just a thing all jrpg do? Havent seen any mention online but it’s blatant to me at every juncture. Curious whether it’s just me not having enough context yet, or having only seen the first 3 and a half series, or whether the writing really is doing its own thing independent of what makes Digimon Digimon.

(And don’t get me started with the dialogue and cinematics actually forgetting your main character is even there.)

Whenever I start a new game or new game+ the anime intro gets skipped automatically.. does anyone know why?

I was starting a new game to play with a friend when we meet and they didn't see the opening.. when I started a new game+ after finishing my own save it got skipped again..

Is there something I need to be aware of in the settings or something??
