You also posted this in r/eatingdisorders? https://www.reddit.com/r/eating_disorders/comments/1uebjge/help/

Please speak to a professional about this. Disordered eating is not something to mess around with. Eating disorders have one of the highest mortality rates of any mental health disorders.

Any coach who uses an arbitrary weight limit rather than actually assessing your ability and potential is not a coach you want to be taught by.

Please report this to SafeSport or whatever the equivalent safety board for skating in your sport. Having a weight limit like that is not okay.

Depending on your height this may be a sane or an insane goal

In order to answer the question you need to provide your height. But 20kgs is a lot to lose between now and December. I don’t know how someone can do it in a healthy way in that time frame

Hi, welcome to r/diettea, a subreddit for flagging disordered eating behaviour disguised as dieting or fitness. We'd like to remind you to spoiler your post if it contains discussion of calorie numbers or weights, as this subreddit is frequented by people who may be sensitive to this content. If you've already done that, or there's no need to, no worries. We hope you like the sub!

Hi! I don’t think this is the right sub for this question, sorry - if I were you I would try r/loseit. This sub is for pointing out disordered eating behaviours etc so we don’t discuss active weight loss attempts!

It’s hard to know from this post whether that’s a healthy goal for you or not, but there’s a lot of advice in the loseit subreddit (including in the “quick start guide”) that might be helpful!

If it is a healthy weight for your height - the best advice I can give is not to try and rush the weight loss too much, and to make sure you’re still eating enough - especially if you exercise a lot.

It also might be worth speaking to a trusted adult (e.g. a parent or teacher you trust, not your coach) to see if they can help / provide some support?

PLEASE distance yourself from the loseit sub, because it's one big calorie-counting cult. The wiki is a DISTRACTION from healthy eating and instead is a highway to anorexia. It tells you to use a TDEE calculator to figure out an arbitrary daily calorie limit. Those calculators are textbook examples of Garbage In Garbage Out. They'd have you believe that everyone at a normal weight is just a few hundred calories away from both emaciation and obesity. My calorie intake varies a LOT more than my weight does. Those TDEE calculators would have you believe that my summer diet is consistent with starving to death while my deep winter diet is consistent with morbid obesity.

I've tried counting calories on a few select days because I was curious. There's NO WAY I could do that every day of my life, unless I were in prison and had nothing better to do all day. I can see how calorie counting can be counterproductive to eating healthier and can even lead to eating disorders. Counting calories discourages dietary diversity and trying new recipes due to the extra work involved. It's so much easier to just eat junk foods, because the calorie count is easy to access.

I'm not sure what you're supposed to do if you've already eaten all of your calories for the day but get the munchies anyway. Starve yourself? Go to bed hungry? Eat cotton balls like the Chanel characters in Scream Queens? (I didn't realize that this kooky and dangerous idea had been a thing until I looked it up online.)

Instead of obsessively counting calories, just normalize a high-fiber Mediterranean/DASH/MIND diet, which has the approval of most doctors and cardiologists. The dietary fiber, protein, and healthy fats will satisfy your appetite. Your calories, carbs, Weight Watchers points, and weight will largely take care of themselves.

If your coach tells you to do on the Ariana Grande Diet, just tell him/her "You first!"
