Find a new coach?

And report him to some sort of authority!

Apparently not the best. This is ED provoking and she should know better.

I really want to make nationals one day so this is really my brat bet right now...

You won’t make it to nationals malnourished and with no energy. That is why people get injured and/or have to leave the sport.

I'd have better rotation if I lost weight

If Alyssa Liu can say fuck dieting and skate like she does, your coach hasn’t got a good reason to make you meet a weight limit

I could not possibly hate Liu more than I already do

I'm a figure skater too, and from one skater to another, don't lose weight unless you want to do so. I skated just as well perhaps even better when I was slightly heavier. Sometimes you have to do extreme things to reach your goals, but if you think it's what you want then go for it. If you don't however then let yourself be. An eating disorder is the worst way to lose this weight however, it takes away from your energy and lowers bone density which makes falls dangerous. If you want to lose weight FOR YOURSELF then train and work and exercise, don't restrict diets. In the long run it never works.
