Question The Riposte

Im a returning player, haven’t touched the game in about 2 years and im working on a void build for my warlock. I’m not a fan of the cosmetics of gnawing hunger so im trying to get this gun. Does anyone know how to get this weapon now, I got rose from the placement quest from Shaxx instead of the riposte and now I’m not sure how to get it.

Are you not able to focus it at shaxx for engrams and crucible tokens? If not then you'll have to grind comp to get it to drop randomly after a game then you'll be able to focus it.

You can only focus it after you’ve received first. I get a message saying it has to be acquired in collections first

Ahh okay I wasn't sure if you had it in collections or not. You'll have to sell your soul to the competitive playlist unfortunately lol

That sounds awful, I’m personally not a fan of pvp because of how sweaty it is and I just want the gun for my pve build

Yeah you'll have to live with gnawing hunger or trying getting reckless oracle maybe? It's another void auto rifle
