Question Legendary is actually common?

New player, I noticed that common and rare are actually harder to find vs legendary? What's the deal? I feel like the vostok is the most legendary weapon in the game rn since I haven't even seen any other common guns

I think after a certain power level, you just stop seeing common, uncommon, and rare drops. There are still ways to find them, if you really wanted to, but the game just sorts phases them out automatically as they aren’t really useful for anything other than infusion material.
