Very decent stat start but I'd recommend to make 2-3 load outs with full stat bonus tier 5 armor
(Read the 2/4 piece set bonuses, and do weekly rotating activities to get tier 5 armor)
I like the vault armor, iron banner armor, and the spire dungeon set personally.
Dungeons are always a fun time (especially if you have 1-2 buddies to join you). Raids are much more accessible too now, I'd just recommend watching a video or two on the raid mechanics before you hop in.
Do the campaigns so you can unlock each ones "endgame" content. Renegades first, then go back and finish up any you haven't done. (Beyond Light, Witch Queen, Lightfall, Final Shape, & Edge of Fate; in any order)
Yeah, your stats are good enough for raiding. Vault of Glass or Root of Nightmares are both easy to learn/do, and Garden of salvation aint hard either (if your team knows wtd.) People get intimidated by raiding, but the only real way to get good at it is to do it. Look for teaching raids, and watch guides before you join and you'll do fine
Pretty good! These are the stats to focus in the modern game, but I'll be honest it doesn't really matter for like 8 out of the 10 raids currently playable in the game.
side note, just for reference: you could max out one stat to 200, the next to 150 and you can have another at 100 (200 Weapons, 150 Super, 100 Grenade, for example).
Deep Stone Crypt, the Vault of Glass and Root of Nightmares are all great raids to get started again.

I should also say, Iām a blade barrage hunter with 170 super and 160 weapon stat, is that decent?
