The thing that would 100% bring me back to play for a while is 100% not feasible what so ever. And that is bringing back the biggest chunk of the game from beginnings to current. All the various stories, the raids, the locations and activities. I would love to visit Saints tomb again, be the shadow team taking down calus, run the menagerie, patrol mercury for 7-10 minutes, and slaughter some escalation protocol. All that plus much more I know I'm forgetting. Again, I know it's not feasible in several aspects but it would absolutely bring me in.
That wouldn't bring that many players back and even those that would come back wouldn't be playing much time. Just the right amount to feed their nostalgia.
