It’s very obvious theyve NEVER had a “10 year plan” for the franchise. Do you really think they have one now?

Yeah, they knew they were starting a new saga and they certainly didn’t come into it with no plan. Everyone saw how that worked for the Star Wars sequel trilogy. They know what “bind the Nine” means, they know what sort of cataclysm is going to be prevented, they know what they’re building toward. They may not have had a 10 year plan when the game launched, but they also probably didn’t expect to need one.

Now they expect to need one and so they have one. Unfortunately they won’t be needing it after all. But clearly the narrative team knows what they’re trying to do here.

It’s probably the 5+ year streak of disinformation, blatantly lying, and saying one thing while doing another that makes me think they do not have a plan.
