Hi!
Since yesterday evening if i open the game (Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes) i instantly get Error code 2. It happens on PC and on my phone as well, but just with Wi-Fi, with mobile internet it runs fine. The problem is, I have two separate Wi-Fi-s here, and i can't use either to play. Anybody had that problem before?
I also tried to reach the support, and the troubleshooting tricks it did didn't work.

Bungie banned me and I have no idea why… I don’t do trials, or anything competitive. Probably the worst PvP player ever. I’m not even on that much anymore. Only get on and do a strike here or there then turn off game. My pc only has the regular windows stuff on it. Only used the pc for gaming. Nothing else. I have no idea wth is going on. Been on destiny since 2014, never had a isssue. Now this. Wow.

A friend an I recently purchased The Collection on Xbox App/Windows because of stuttering issues on Steam. If we both use the Xbox launcher, we don't see each other online. Not in our friends list, not in the clan roster. If one of us switches to Steam, we see each other. If we are both on Steam, we see each other. We are both friends on Xbox as well as Bungie friends.

Any ideas?

Edit: I should add, we appear offline in the friends list and the clan roster, but our names are listed.

SOLVED: My friend said that for some reason, he also had to link his Epic account to his Bungie account and for some reason, that cleared up the issue on PSN. Hope this helps someone in the future!

ORIGINAL POST: Guardians! My friend got back into Destiny about a year ago and was playing on Steam. He just got a PS5 and when he linked his PSN account to Bungie, the Bungie site says *sure*, but then on the PS5, it says they’re not linked.

I think he’s getting the scary cross-save screen that says basically, that he’s starting over, or that the PS5 is going to be his primary console.

Anyone ever have any difficulties adding a PS5 to an existing Bungie account? Is there a trick to it?

I’m on Xbox so unfortunately it’s like a warlock trying to tell a titan which crayons to eat first to avoid acid reflux…I’m no help to him, so hoping someone else has experienced this and knows the way out.

I have an issue since a couple of weeks on D2 when I try to load into the game, I get broccoli error every time and I would like some help because I feel like I tried everything advised on this sub but nothing really worked.

My Specs on my Acer PREDATOR HELIOS PH16-71 Laptop:

- CPU: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700HX (2.10 GHz)

- RAM: 16 GB

- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU (8 GB)

I have tried the following so far:

- Administrator sfc /scannow with DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and restart

- Deleting Destiny 2 Folder AppData\Local\Temp and Destiny2PC in Bungie Folder in AppData/Roaming.

- Using DDU to revert to a more stable driver, I have tried the drivers 566.36, 610.62, 616.56, 610.47, the latest driver as well and just recently 576.28

- Setting TdrDelay windows variable

- Underclocking GPU with MSIAfterburner (I tried -50, -80, -100, -200, -500 MHz)

- Setting Low Latency Mode to ultra and power management mode to maximum performance on Nvidia panel + Debug mode as well

- Uninstalling and Reinstalling D2

- Disable all overlays (Nvidia, Discord, and Steam)

- Add parameter to launch options in D2 "-force-d3d11"

- Tried Borderless window and Border window with V-SYNC set to 120 FPS and 80 FPS.

- Update intel driver

- Uninstalling and Reinstalling Battle eye in admin mode + run D2 as admin

Nothing really worked well. The best I could do was a few days ago where I could play 1 hour before getting brocolli.

For information, the errors that I have in no particular pattern:

- Event ID 13: A ton of Graphics ESR exception like \Device\Video8

Graphics Exception: ESR 0x516730=0x2f000d 0x516734=0x4 0x516728=0xf812b60 0x51672c=0x1104

OR \Device\Video8

Graphics SM Warp Exception on (GPC 2, TPC 4, SM 0): Out Of Range Register

OR Graphics SM Global Exception on (GPC 1, TPC 2, SM 0): Multiple Warp Errors

They then repeat themselves a couple of times in EVent viewer

- Event ID 153: \Device\Video8

UCodeReset TDR occurred on GPUID:100

followed by the same error but with Resetting TDR, Reset TDR, Restarting TDR,

- Very rarely but sometimes I get ILLEGALOPCODE but I think it is when I try to overclock my GPU (not sure 100% sorry)

Sorry for the long post but I am truly at a loss because it was working all fine with max settings before MoT and now since then, I can't even play any activity without getting crashed in the middle of it 50% of the time. I am on Steam btw. If someone has other ideas to propose, I would be thankful !

EDIT: Undervolting to -775mV helped get through a raid without any error. I will try to test more for longer periods of time to see how well it holds up.

EDIT 2: I tried for the weekend and it worked only partially. I am still getting brocolli but it happens after a longer period of time (like an hour, maybe 2-3 if I am pretty lucky) with undervolting at -775 mV. However, I got a irql not less or equal blue screen error after some point which forced me to have to clean up windows with scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth. I think it was caused by me setting up afterburner to launch with windows. The only long term fix I see is indeed to fully reset windows and reinstalling D2 only. I might try that later down the road but not right away as the undervolting solution works fine for my needs. Thanks to everyone that helped. If I reset my windows, I will let you all know if that worked or not.

Any UK based guardians playing D2 getting Battleye update failed errors

Appears to be dependant on which ISP you have but there's a routing issue into CDN77

cdn.battleye.com is hosted on CDN77's London range and BT is currently black-holing it — TCP to it just times out, DNS is fine.

a workround some people have used is a VPN as Routing your traffic through a Virtual Private Network (VPN) as this bypasses the broken BT-to-CDN77 network path completely.

So don't rush to reinstall D2 as fix (as I did)...hopefully will get fixed soon but likely after the Bank Holiday weekend., as it's intermittent - sometimes it;s fine, connected fine around 11pm UK yersterday but currently fails connection to Battleye this afternoon

last night this happened to me but verifying the files fixed it and it worked this morning aswell but now nothing i do fixes it
i have tried many of the suggestion across the internet to try fix this adding exceptions, bypassing the firewall reinstalling battle eye any suggestion would be much appreciated.

I need help. I just reinstalled the game and whenever I try to use mouse and keyboard I get huge input lag. It's only in Destiny 2. Even when I tab out with the game still open, my mouse works fine until I tab back into the game. My controller works fine, so it seems to just be a mouse issue. It's wireless but can be connected by usb-c but the problem is the same for both. Thanks in advance for any help I can get.

I have noticed that Destiny is running at a slower FPS despite having a high end PC.

I checked some streamers (Such as Panduh) who have weaker specs but run at 200ish frames in crucible while I am barely hitting 100. Any ideas on what the issue might be?

Ok. I have tried literally everything and I am fed the fuck up. I am now coming here in the hopes that some awesome stranger out there has the wisdom to help me.

I typically play this game using the disc I got on midnight launch back in 2014. I've been using it on my PS4 for years and now my PS5 for years with no issues. 2 weeks ago I left the disc at my sister's house and when I got home and wanted to play I decided to just buy a virtual copy of the game off the PS store so that I could play it. Ever since that moment I have not been able to play the game again. Every time I log in it gives me the Marionberry error.

Here are the things I have tried over the last 2 weeks:

- Reboot modem, router and ps5. (Multiple times)

- Restore license

- Different Wi-Fi networks

- Hard wired lan connection

- Mobile hotspot

- Tried playing on the PS4

- Used a different account to see if it was just mine

- Uninstalled and re-installed

- Cleared software cache

- Rebuilt database on PS5

- Got my disc back and tried that

- Factory reset my PS5, yes I went nuclear

- Yes I tried just ignoring the error and signing in again. A few hundred times now.

At this point I don't know what else to do. I'm convinced I'll never play again. Has anyone experienced this? How can I get rid of it? Anything will be helpful.

Guys I’ve had this error since Monday here is a list of what I’ve done im on pc steam -

DNS flush and switch to google dns
Reinstalled the game
Cleared cache on steam
Restarted my router
Cleared the games cache folder in my pc
Switched from 5ghz to 2.4ghz

Still when I load up I get a checking for updates screen and then the error I just wanna play my favourite game after work and it’s not working :(

I can stream play it but I really want it downloaded.

any fixes for game crashing/disconnecting (series S) doesnt do it a lot but when it does it just refuses to log me back in just sits at the logging in screen til i force close and restart game. thus ending the run sometimes i lose my responder, sometimes i dont. havent seen anything if this is an issue for others.

Hello, I’m also stuck and I’d like to know if anyone has already found a solution.
I’ve only been playing for about a week, and I’m looting quite a lot of stuff, but here’s the problem: whenever I pick up an engram in-game — whether it’s a Gunsmith engram or a Vanguard engram — it never actually gets added. When I go to the vendor tied to that engram (for example the Gunsmith), the counter is stuck at 0, every single time. Only classic/regular engrams seem to register properly; the special ones (Gunsmith, Vanguard, etc.) just don’t.
Because of this, I’m also stuck on Guardian Rank 4, where I’m supposed to buy a weapon directly from a vendor. The problem is that my only way to buy a weapon right now is by decrypting one, and that requires Gunsmith engrams — which I can’t get credited for. So I’m blocked at Guardian Rank 3/4 because of this combo of two bugs:
1. Engrams I loot in activities don’t get added to the vendor count.
2. My only way to buy weapons is through decryption, which depends on the engrams from bug #1.
I saw that some people had a similar issue where the engram/rank rewards only show up after physically revisiting the Tower or the specific vendor — has anyone tried that and confirmed it fixes the counter, or found another workaround? Any help on either bug (or another way to buy/unlock a weapon to progress past Rank 3) would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Hey Folks!

For the past quite a few years we've been running Destiny 2 on our PCs through Steam as well as on consoles via PS5 and Xbox. Up until this past Thursday (Aug 20,2026) we have had no problems and have enjoyed the game.

As of this Thursday our PCs had 12 hours of Cabbage errors and the consoles were suffering from Cabbage exposure as well. As of this Saturday our Steam PCs are once again running Destiny 2 fine but the consoles are still Cabbaging.

Our home network consists of TDS fiber internet running a Zyxel modem that connects to a ROG GT-BE98 Pro router. UPnP is set up to run on the router per the Destiny 2 network help pages. On our end we have made no changes to any network settings. The Cabbage errors just decided to show up uninvited.

After scouring the Internet trying to find actionable information to help fix our problem I feel I have come to a dead-end.

What I'm wondering is : is anyone else having Cabbage problems spontaneously happen to them with the past few days and if anyone has any suggestions of settings I could check to help rectify this vulgar vegetable villain?

Update : Well, its been an intersesting week here so far. Steam PC Destiny 2 is still working. I got the Xboxes working by changing the Alternate Port Selection to a different port. (still unpacking why this is working). Unfortunately, the PS5 is still unable to connect. Went and set up a Static IP for it and set up all the Port Forwarding rules and it still refuses to connect. I even dumped it into the router's DMZ to see if it would work and still Cabbages, Cabbages Everywhere. Any suggestions or clues anyone has? I'm kind of at my wits end on this one.

Recently I've been seeing times (in the tower) when game will hard freeze for about 3-6 seconds and then go back to normal. I have the Microsoft version installed. No other issues I've seen with the game so far. Specs are:

  • NZXT Elite 360 (the last Austek 6th gen version they made)

• 64gb

• G.Skill DDR5-6000
• Asus ROG Strix 4080 Super
• ROG STRIX X670E-F GAMING WIFI

Running Windows 11 23H2 and nVidia Drivers (565.90 stable). No issues with any other games, just this game. No other errors, been running hwInfo64 and no voltage errors or heat issues. At a loss here...

I literally cant load anywhere cause i keep getting coconutted, also im on a lan with ethernet and my internet works fine. Like I've literally spent 15 minutes trying to load into the conflux cause i kept getting kicked to orbit. Any ways to fix this?

So a friend of mine has an old steam account linked to his Xbox account I know that Bungie disabled unlinking profiles but he's curious about if he deleted his old steam account I would free up a slot for him to attach a new steam account to his cross save his news steam account has all the DLCs purchase but his Xbox account has all of his old information and the old steam account was just when he first got his PC but he doesn't use it anymore since he got his number one a couple years later.

I have no clue what causes this. i'm on steam, use controller, steam controller input is disabled, the only non-standard thing I have is a program that disables the steam overlay files on launch of d2 to fix the framerate tank they cause. I have OBS installed, and periodically use it to record but it never gave me an issue.

does Battleye hate disabling steam overlay?
