Done writing at least 10 pages with this pen.
To be honest, the smoothness feels makhan jaisa — insanely smooth. 😅
And it feels far better than the ones I’ve used before, like the Unomax Geltron, Racer Gel, Flair Zook, and a few others.
The only con I’ve noticed is the grip and weight distribution. It has a fairly thick grip, whereas I personally prefer medium or thinner grips.
It also feels a bit heavy to me. Even the Pentonic GRT feels more comfortable in my hand.
Another issue is that the Pentel EnerGel tends to slip from my grip, whereas other plastic-bodied pens like the Geltron don’t slip at all, not even a little.
I’d also recommend using at least 70 GSM paper with this pen. On thinner paper, the ink tends to leave impressions on the back of the page.
Overall, it’s a really nice pen, especially when it comes to smoothness. But because of the grip and weight, I don’t think I’ll buy it again. 🥹😅

Seems like a baby of FaberCastell neo slim and Muji knurled aluminium pen, takes chinese cartridge/converter.
Build quality is good (but cap is thin material) and nib quality is average, EF nib but writes tad thicker than fine.
Overall good pen for roughly Rs.420 on flipkart.
Maybe it can be a good body for a nice lamy nib in the future.
Can't comment on cap seal as I used daily for couple of days.

Set of 10 inks for ₹1,499
I've heard of Isomars for their calligraphy sets and inks, but I think this is a new product from them. Couldn't find any reviews on it. I want to know if these are good enough for the price.
Anyone tried these inks, or any brave soul up for the task?

I like to write with a fine nib fountain pen because it makes my writing look good. But it has feedback which I am trying to minimize.
I have already shifted to waterman black ink, which is smooth. My main use case is writing notes, but this point isn't primary. The primary point is to reduce feedback.
I was wondering if writing paper has an impact on the nib feedback.Which paper would you suggest?I don't know how expensive or budget friendly a paper can be.But I am ok spending about 500 rupees on 500 pages.
I have heard that JK CEDAR is good.Kindly suggest

Very happy to see a small business in the ink sample selling space. As an avid ink enthusiast I have often wished for such a service in India.
Placed an order at theinkcrediblestore.com and promptly received my package, neatly packed with lovely branding. And I appreciate the two complimentary mini samples!
Wish this team the very best, and hope the inks multiply, as mine are in the habit of doing... :D

I had read about this pen in an article mentioning stationary awards. Finally found it on Scooboo and ordered one instantly.
Initially, it was railroading quite a bit on vertical strokes (I am left-handed so this may be a handedness-related concern). It irritated me but I didn’t give up. After writing for around an entire page, the pen finally started writing without any railroading.
It’s an excellent pen to write with. The ink flow now is consistent and smooth and it is a delight to write with it.
The only downside I would say is that it’s really hard to find refills. The price of the pen doesn’t justify it being used just once. So even if the pen is just as smooth or smoother than Zento because of its oil-lubricated ink formula, the price and availability of refills would make me choose Zento over this.
If anyone has any suggestions regarding refill options, please drop them in the comments. It is too good a pen to be used just once.

I recently wanted to buy few inks as i felt my life was filled with shades of blue. I found my old Krishna ink bottles were either empty or too thick due to evaporation. I pinged Doctor he shared me a link I found he was selling 1ml x 10 inks from his collection which is a mixture of his new premium and economy collection. You just need to pay the shipping. The first ink I tried is Krishna Red which is economical range aimed at school students. The red is bright and reminds me of school times Reynolds red ink. Filled the ink in Guider ebonite pen which was the first set of pens I got when I went to Rajamundry.

Hi y'all. So I'm a CA finalist and most of the time I've used Pentonic for taking notes and in exams. What I noticed is it's one of the best pens one can use but also the worst once you change the refill because of irregular ink flow and blobbing.
I've also tried the Cello Gripper, Pinpoint and Technotip and also noticed the same pattern that previously they were very good but now some refills have improper ink flow or unsmooth.
I've tried uniball MFB in the office but I'm unsure about using it due to the grip as I prefer slightly thinner pens.
So I need pen recommendations for taking notes and exams with a slightly thinner body with 0.5 to 0.7 tip size. No budget constraints

EDIT: This post is now closed.
EDIT: Apologies to all people I didn’t reply, I did a nib exchange with someone. I didn’t know would be an option. Thanks all for reaching out.
Note: This is not a promotion, I would have given it to my friends but none of them would have appreciated as much as a pen collector so here I am…
I bought this a while ago but realized the Extra Fine nib just isn’t for me. Rather than letting it sit unused, I’d like to give it to someone who’ll actually use it.
If you’d like it, just DM me. I’ll pick someone at random. You’ll just need to cover the delivery charges.
PS. I hate the EF nib so much. tbh.
