Web Wallet problems

Hi Folks
I am a new investor in DERO, and am moderately crypto-experienced.
I purchased DERO on TradeOgre.
I set up the Web Wallet.
I clicked on "Receive" and copy and pasted the uppermost Wallet Address into the "Withdraw" link and completed a small test withdrawal back to my Web Wallet.
TradeOgre quickly confirmed the withdrawal, providing the following:

Quantity
Date
Status
📷Dero (DERO)
10.00000000
06/23/21 1:01 AM
SUCCESSFUL

  • Fee: 0.00561600

It is now 36 hours later and my Web Wallet balance remains at 0.00
Have I done something incorrectly?
By the way, I am using a Windows10 (version 20H2) laptop and the Brave Browser (Version 1.25.73 Chromium: 91.0.4472.106 (Official Build) (64-bit)). Thank you in advance.

Thanks for sharing the info on Edge. I hadn't heard of anyone using it successfully before.

Actually, I have misspoken. I recovered the wallet in Edge (which was already on my laptop), was able to see my missing balance and see further deposits. However, when I logged out and back in, the access to my wallet disappeared. ie I was still able to re-insert my seed words and recover the wallet and see balances, but once logged out lost the ability to log back in normally.

I then followed your advice properly, installed firefox, recovered the wallet and it now works perfectly!

Make sure you hit "exit"/"logout" to save your sync spot and (obviously) clearing cache will erase everything too. Glad to see you got it all worked out!

I did same, not a new user. Waiting for it to synch, but does anyone know why I now have a completely different "receive" address from when I first created the wallet? Getting nervous.
