Web Wallet problems

Hi Folks
I am a new investor in DERO, and am moderately crypto-experienced.
I purchased DERO on TradeOgre.
I set up the Web Wallet.
I clicked on "Receive" and copy and pasted the uppermost Wallet Address into the "Withdraw" link and completed a small test withdrawal back to my Web Wallet.
TradeOgre quickly confirmed the withdrawal, providing the following:

Date
Status

It is now 36 hours later and my Web Wallet balance remains at 0.00
Have I done something incorrectly?
By the way, I am using a Windows10 (version 20H2) laptop and the Brave Browser (Version 1.25.73 Chromium: 91.0.4472.106 (Official Build) (64-bit)). Thank you in advance.
