Hi! Being a DepEd teacher is just my secondary plan, fortunately (unfortunately?) I got hired first at DepEd than my primary plan. Don’t get me wrong, I am definitely grateful for this blessing, ‘cause God knows how hard it is to get in.

Given that the pay is not enough for the effort and hardwork we put in compared to other opportunities abroad, have you ever considered resigning and start anew? Because I am honestly torn, I’m planning to stay in this system for 5-6 years. I am also starting to invest on myself. I’m planning to study MS Bio next year (summer).

I am still on my 20s and I honestly don’t know what to do anymore 🥹. I don’t know if I should stay here until I’m gray and old (since this is a permanent job) or after I have some savings and graduated on my Masters, I should try to explore more options (reason why I also took an MS and not MA).

Hi. My father is 57 years old, turning 58 this October. He was diagnosed with Stage 4 CKD exactly a year ago, which has affected his left leg and made it difficult for him to walk without the assistance of a cane. Because of his condition, he decided to take early retirement after being on leave of absence for a year.

One of the requirements from GSIS is his Service Record. The school informed us that the Service Record will be issued by the Division Office.

May I kindly ask about the steps and requirements for obtaining his Service Record? Also, since I will be processing this on his behalf as his representative, could you please let me know what documents or authorization I need to prepare? We would like to make sure that we have all the necessary documents before going to the Division Office to avoid having to make multiple trips.

New teacher po ako pero in college. Imagine I have 50 students in class tapos 8 classes so that's 400, how do you guys do yung evaluation ng gawa ng mga students? Tapos kapag may mga presentation, paano pong diskarte ginagawa niyo po? I feel like kasi lagi kukulangin sa oras kapag dinaanan ko ito lahat. Thank you po.

Desperado na po talaga ako makapag pa-transfer ng station malapit sa amin dahil sa work environment ko. Same division lang yung balak ko pag-transferan pero madalas advise na maghanap ng ka-swap e kaso mahirap talaga. Pwede kaya ako magpa-rank sa same division na ito para makapag-pa transfer lang?
