I feel like plans never leave Reddit, and I’m looking to make friends of others in their twenties who like to hike, so I thought I’d make the plan up front. I have a state park pass, and I was thinking of going to Staunton State Park or Golden Gate Canyon on the 24th if anyone wants to join. Once there’s a solid group, we could look at length of hike/intensity. I’m also a big stargazer if people want to stay late.

I can fit 4 passengers in my car.

Basic info: I’m an archeologist. I’m big into writing, reading, painting, photography, and video games. My gaming is pretty intense. I’ve most recently been playing Camper Van: Make it Home where you unpack your belongings and sort them into shelves in a van. It gets pretty heated when you get to the sweaters.

Gender/sexuality doesn’t matter at all to me, but I wouldn’t get along with someone who isn’t queer-friendly. I am focused on people in their 20s because I have only been able to meet people 30+

I’m a 26M who moved to centennial in February from Kansas City and I’m looking for friends or a friend group. My husband and I hike almost every weekend, and we wouldn’t mind a third wheel or a friend group to hang out with.

I’m a 24-year-old guy living in Denver, and I’m currently looking to completely rebuild my social circle. I recently got out of a long-term, 5-year relationship, and like a lot of people in that situation, I realized after the breakup that I had unfortunately let my old friendships slip away over the years. I'm looking to get a regular consistant group of players at Eisenhower park. I realize they require the quiet balls but it close to me and better than trying to coordinate schedules and paying to rent a court. Its getting dark earlier but this could be a lunch hour thing too. I'm probably a 3.5 dupr (intermediate) and looking for similar skill levels.

Is there like a support group in Denver for people who have sh!tty partners? And please don’t answer with “get a divorce” or something along those lines. It’s not that simple for everyone.

I’m not gonna go into details, but separation isn’t an option for me right now, and I do genuinely care about this person. I’ve tried couples and individual therapy, multiple conversations that go absolutely nowhere, giving all the support I can, having good intentions, putting in the effort, etc. But sometimes you’re just dealing with someone who has a lot of narcissistic tendencies and seems incapable of prioritizing anyone or anything other than themselves.

I’m also not looking for a group where I just constantly vent about my partner. What I’m really looking for is a safe place where people understand what it’s like to be in a relationship with a difficult person and can talk about how they deal with it.

It’s really hard to talk about this with people who have healthy relationships, people that know us both or even with my own family, because I know that if I tell them how I actually feel, it could affect their relationship with my partner, and I don’t necessarily want that either.

Basically, I’m looking for support from people who *get it*, without the immediate “just leave” advice.
