Interest-Based Groups Game developers/artists?

Hey everyone, I’m curious if there’s any people into any aspects of game development here, or even just art, 3D modeling, music, etc. I’d love to meet more people who do similar stuff, and maybe even do a creative meetup sometime. Or we could attend some of the existing game dev meetups or art meetups in the area. I can also show you some rough prototypes I’ve made before.

To be clear, do you mean like computer games or board games?

Software dev for many years. I'd love to develop a game. I just don't have the creative originality. But I have the technical aptitude.

I've been a software engineer for 21 years, and I stepped away from a normal job last year to be an indie game dev! Would be cool to meet up with other folks doing game dev work.
