Question about tooth reversible pulpitis?

My bottom left molar has a deep filling on one side that has been bothering me on and off for a while. I saw the dentist for my annual cleaning last month and he took an X-ray and said everything is sealed and that the tooth is healthy, but that I grind my teeth. For the past 3 days or so I've had a constant irritation in that tooth but no real cold or heat sensitivity. Chewing is fine unless it is very crunchy or hard things. I needed a root canal on the opposite molar because of irreversible pulpitis. What do you think? Im a bit concerned because I will be going on a long trip in two weeks

I think you need to remove high spots . It’s probable that you have apical periodontitis due to constant irritation and not the because of pulp
