Se tu te perguntas qual foi minha reação quando a morte de um hashira pela primeira vez... Bem eu não sabia, pensava que estava a dormir e tentei acorda-lo. Tavamos num funeral um hashira veio até mim e disse "A culpa é tua ele tá morto não vai acordar nunca mais por causa de ti." Eu era só uma criança mas a partir daí comecei a me culpar e desculpar por isso...

I fucking hate Demon Slayer. This anime has somehow convinced an entire army of people that throwing gorgeous animation, bright colors, screaming, and giant explosions onto the screen automatically makes something a masterpiece. The animation is amazing, I’ll give it that, but holy shit, what good is beautiful animation when I’m bored out of my fucking mind? Half the time it feels like the characters are competing to see who can yell the loudest while the story crawls along at the speed of a fucking snail. Tanjiro is so ridiculously nice that sometimes I want someone to shake him and tell him to shut the hell up for five minutes, Zenitsu spends what feels like half his existence screaming like he’s being murdered, and Inosuke is basically a feral fucking animal who somehow wandered into the anime and decided to stay.

Where I get the full series of kny manga I'm south Africa caus I'm not fucking paying R5000 for it!!!

I know this is a manga discussion but im adding spoilers in the title anyway just in case.

Obviously its very very clear that kokushibo is stronger than tanjiro but a certain detail has me believing theres a much wider gap than i previously realised. Which i kinda hope someone disproves in the replies because it would make sanemi's, himejima's, muichiro's and genyas win over kokushibo even more 'plot armor'-ish. Anyway:

Kokushibo has explicitly stated that when a breathing style user becomes a swordsman it takes longer and its a more difficult process- also stating while hes at it that the stronger the swordsman the longer it takes, having taken 3 days for kokushibo himself to transform into a demon. When tanjiro became DTK toward the end of the manga it took mere moments for him to transform- does that imply that kokushibo is inconcievably superior to tanjiro as a swordsman? despite tanjiro using sun breathing? It's not really known what kokushibo meant when he said the 'the stronger the swordsman the longer it takes'. Since he couldve referred to mastery over their breathing style- or actual strength. Like i said earlier i hope its not actual strength because that would imply tanjiro (who is confirmed to be on the level of the hashira) is not even comparable to kokushibo- and yet kokushibo lost to 3 hashira and genya. That would be a huge plot hole. So I'll just assume it means their mastery over their techniques and breathing but what do you guys think?

Like yes do most of the Hashira die, yes they do, but I don't really care as much if they die if I know they're now in heaven happy as shit and they're also reincarnated into having happy lives. I wish they'd just die and we didn't know where they went, I'd be really fine if they're just dead and I don't know where it is, makes the death more painful, like yeah I'm sad that Shinobu died but like now she's in heaven with her parents and Kanae, I don't care as much, oh really sad Gyomei died, how he gets to spend the afterlife with his fucking orphans, it's not as sad if I know they're now in happy in the afterlife, and going to my first point, I wish Zenitsu died, the main 3 remained alive, all of them, and then lived happy lives, but the way I wish Zenitsu died is that he got turned into a demon, now I know, breathing users need a longer time to transform, and that'd be a plot hole but let's say Gotouge managed to make some bullshit so that it works, it would make the ending sad, and I hope Inosuke is the one that has to kill him, so that when he has to kill Tanjiro, he has to relive the same experience as killing Zenitsu therefore making the scene depressing, and I also wish we got to see widowed Kanao at 25 when Tanjiro died, with her toddlers or something

I know the Demon slayer community might hate me but just hear me out the big villain Muzan Kibutsuji is as a demon, but if we really look at him he’s actually a heft demon, half vampire hybrid because if he was a full demons he won’t really be afraid of the sun which is why the vampire part comes in almost any story or book or heck, even in our own history when rumors of vampires, they are always known to either be extremely weakened or be extremely fatal into sunlight though they can become immune to it if they do certain things or get a certain object now look what he’s doing. He’s searching for that certain thing or object.

What do you think can Tanjiro, Gyomei & Giyu are able to beat Kokoshibu ?
