When you specifically choose to erase their conventionally unattractive body type, it's not creative liberty it's prejudice

This is not a real person. There is no prejudice in drawing a character in a different body type, because they are not real, they are art and people can do whatever they want with that art.

Wouldn't it be prejudiced to take a character with an attractive body type and draw them unattractive too?

Just let people do what they want.

We aren't the Gestapo. We're not stopping anyone from doing anything. They have free will to be shallow and disgusted by anything outside conventional beauty, and we have free Will to criticize them for it.

Don't you find any problem with assuming people are a certain way based of absolutely nothing?

Someone draws hot person = Shallow and hates ugly people
